This was a gift for a coworker. She received the purse on December the 23rd. I loved the purse and so did her, but I notice something was missing, the symbol strap was missing. Is there anyway possible I could get that strap on or it can't be put on the hand held strap now?

I so badly want to love this, but if you have a larger wallet or carry cosmetics- this won’t cut it ladies- it looks VERY DECEIVING in the pictures. It CANNOT fit a make up bag bigger than about 4” with just some bare bones cosmetics (mirror, blush, lip gloss), a cell phone and an averages size wallet. The individual pockets on the inside are too small to hold a cell phone (only comes up about 1/2 way), let alone a pen or keys. It needs about 3 inches more inches in width to really be worth keeping - at least for me. It’s not a standard satchel size by any definition. But for a smaller handbag for say Sunday Church, it could work ok. I’m so disappointed, but need the purse to be practical - and for everything to usually carry around- this isn’t it. ... show more
