I noticed my laptop was struggling with memory, so I purchased this to expand the memory from 8gb to 16. Well, as soon as I installed the sticks, I noticed my laptop was running hotter than usual with constant fan noise. Swapped out one of these sticks for the old one, and the temps dropped 10 degrees. These sticks were compatible speed and size wise, so I'm not sure why it caused this issue.

I had a high opinion of Mushkin, But when I put this in my ASUS A15 TUF 506IU gaining laptop the memory would only work at 2667MHZ not 3200MHZ. Seems like you need JEDEC compliant memory and this is not.

Using it in a Deskmini x300 with a Ryzen 3 3200G. Works exactly as advertised after entering the correct voltage, timings, and speed in the BIOS (1.40). Good value compared to similarly-priced RAM.

There's a lot to dislike about MSI gaming laptops, but the ability to easily upgrade them is awesome. Popped out the two sticks of ram that the GS66 came with and popped in these Mushkins. Laptop booted and been using it constantly for a few weeks now with no issues with the RAM upgrade.

I had Mushkin RAM in my last desktop, so I knew it was a good brand. In 4 years, I never had a crash on that old desktop. For the price, it came down to Mushkin and Kingston. Based on my experience, I went with Mushkin and I couldn't be happier. Redline RAM provides super fast and stable performance in my tiny Asus PN51 build. My only negative experience is that I thought they came with heatsinks, based on the photos. When they showed up, it turned out to be stickers.

I just upgraded my new gaming laptop from 16gb ram to 64gb and the performance was just as good as the price. UserBenchMark app rated my set of 2 32gb ram modules as 94th percentile, not bad for nearly half price of Crucial or Samsung memory modules. I'm quite impressed.

RAM is as described - DDR4-2933, Dual Rank and works in Dual Channel mode. Installed and recognized in Dell Optiplex Micro 7080 (with i9 10900(not T)) without any issues. For this PC there's no reason to get XMP compatible RAM, as there's no option to use it with Dell bios. So these ones are not expensive and just do the work! I ran Memtest for 12 hours to check them - 0 issues were found.
