Very very upset! It arrived missing a box (Out of 3 boxes needed). Called Amazon, was told to return/refund/reorder. We agreed to return and set pick up date. Immediately tried to reorder....can't "out of stock"! We had ordered 2 of these. One was 12x20, that one is up and works great. We need the 12x14 to complete our backyard project and can't now. I contacted Garvee directly. The product showed in stock but the want double the price. They have given us the run around. Offered to send missing box (but we had already returned). Now they are saying they are out of stock too. That's funny, you were just about to send me the missing box. All I want is the complete product for what I originally paid. So STUPID!!! ... show more

This is a pretty product but however the description states it can handle approx. 5lbs per square foot, IT DOES NOT!! We had a snow fall where there was 2-3 inches of snow, I know the weight can vary but their calculations of approx 5lbs per square foot would have been approx 840lbs.... 2" of snow would be approx be 140lbs but lets just say the snow was heavy, it's still was not even close to the "approx 840lbs" we also purchased the extra warranty which was a joke they did nothing. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING MADE BY THIS COMPANY!!!! ... show more

We bought this a week before Christmas to use as an over-flow room for guests. I bought the appropriate sized 20 ml, clear tarps to use as “walls”. We had an electric heater plus a kerosene hearer to warm the space. It was a great addition. Now with warmer weather and the sun out, it gives us a 20 degree difference as the sun comes through the shaded roof. Worth the $. ... show more
