I have to say, with Amazon products as of late, we’ve had all kinds of issues. This bed wasn’t one of them. It was easy to put together and of genuine quality. I can’t wait to see how many years we get out of this. Quality product could have a better shipping box.

SPREETAIL's customer service is a NIGHTMARE. This has been the most FRUSTRATING, UPSETTING and TIME CONSUMING experience I've ever had on amazon in all my years of being an amazon customer (10+ years!) I ordered a FULL size bed frame and received it within 1 week. I paid $369 and with tax it came out to $402.72. I have never spent this much on a bed frame but I thought that this was cute enough to splurge and get something nice. When I got it, I spent over 2 hours putting it together by myself and didn't notice anything was wrong until I finished assembling it. When I put my mattress on the bed frame, I realized that the seller had sent me a QUEEN sized bed frame instead of a full. I requested a replacement item to be sent, but they are requiring that I take apart the entire queen sized bed frame and ship it back in order to get the new bed frame. That means that now after spending hours putting the Queen together, I need to spend even more time disassembling it and THEN on top of THAT, I have to put together a whole new full size bed frame. I messaged with the seller (Spreetail) and called their phone customer service person and got the same response from all of them -- that there is nothing they can do besides wait for me to send the queen bed back. Such a disappointment. This was a mistake on their end and they won't make it right and have no problem inconveniencing their paying customers. I just wish they would let me donate the bed or give it away to someone who can pick it up in its assembled state. I'm not even asking for a refund, I just want the item I ordered in the first place. At the very least, I don't want to go through the hassle of returning the bed. I can't believe I spent $400 to have such a terrible experience. -100/10 ... show more

Directions were super easy and put together easily in about an hour. Wood all in great shape and beautiful. I was a little worried that it was going to be cheaply made from China but really good quality.

Took a risk buying a bed with no reviews, but it looks great in my studio! Stylish but not distracting. It is pretty compact--your mattress will lay on top of the slats and does not sink in, so there may be a little bit of sliding. Headboard would be too short if you used a box spring with you mattress. Its not a tall frame, if that's what you're looking for. Otherwise, took only an hour to build with one other person. It shipped quickly and was well packaged. I'm happy with it! Super cute. ... show more

When I bought this bed there were no reviews so I was very skeptical but this bed is so cute and such good quality for the price! Assembly was very easy, I assembled it by myself in about an hour or so. The headboard is not super tall and neither are the legs of the bed, so it’s pretty low to the ground. Also, my mattress slides a bit because of where the slats are located. Overall, very happy with this purchase and the “cons” aren’t bothersome enough to knock off a star! Love it!! ... show more
