This is a great bag to have. Whether you're delivering or just picking up your groceries, it's been such a nice option to have. The zipper is flimsy, but otherwise a great product.

I use this for DoorDash runs, and it works very well. I drove across my town with an order and it was still VERY hot when I dropped it off at the door. That being said, I think this would benefit from two small upgrades. First, a hard bottom insert to make it sturdier so that food doesn’t fall over in it. I haven’t had this happen yet, but I was worried about it so I made my own insert out of cardboard, tin foil, and HVAC tape. Second, I also added a little velcro so that I could store it flat and secure so it would take up less space. :) The zipper works but I’ve noticed is a little difficult to close sometimes. I think maybe because of the overall “floppiness” of the bag. That being said, this is a wonderful bag that has become essential to my side hustle and I love how big it is because I can also fit a 6-drink drink carrier in it.

I bought this bag for a party I was able to fit 48 32oz bowls in it. kept food warm. The bag is soft but thin definitely did the job. The size exceeded my expectations is very roomy and spacious you can fit a lot in there.

Can hold about 3 full bags which is pretty nice! Keeps things cold like they should. Doesn't feel too safe carrying it full of stuff though, so I just open and take the bags out and leave it in my rig.
