I am not a huge watch wearer, but I needed something to help monitor my heart rate and after reading the reviews and looking at the style of this watch I made my choice. So far it is doing what I need, which monitoring my heartbeat when I go for my walks. The setup was straightforward. Update 1.29.24 - I looked around and found two longer wrist bands. The first is from DaQin and is 9.2 inches long. The second was from BISONSTRAP which cam ein at 9 inches long. Both were good and comfortable. I eventually chose the DaQin due to the length and the ease of adjustability. Additionally, their customer support has been very responsive to my wrist band queries so they get my kudos as well.

I wanted a simple watch that tracked my steps throughout the day. I had no issues with the accuracy of the step counts. The watch is slim and looks nice. The touch screen functions great. Any issues with the watch can be quickly resolved with the customer service team via the email on the User manual.

I bought the Fitness Tracker a couple of months ago and loved it! It started to malfunction and I emailed the company and they helped to trouble shoot to see if they could help to get it functioning properly. We tried everything and finally decided that it was not going to work properly. The company emailed me and said they would replace the fitness tracker, I received the new tracker in three days and I am very happy with the replacement. Thank you Belle, for all your help to resolve this issue.

I really like the features of this product. The only problem for me is the length of the watch band. Way too long. It would be nice if they could include a “small” and large band in the package like some other brands do. I reached out to customer service by email checking to see if possible to get a small band. Belle emailed the next day with recommendations for a smaller band on Amazon which I have ordered. She was very nice and helpful. Thank you Belle and I would recommend this product and company for their customer service.

I bought this watch last week. Wasn't really expecting too much from it because all I wanted it for was to check my heart rate, look at the time while I'm at work, and get notified of text messages, phone calls, and emails that I constantly receive from my job. At first glance, this watch looks fantastic. It's nice and slick with a modern looking style. Where my issue lies, is that the interface within the watch is absolutely horrible. Navigating through the menus takes forever with having to try and swipe over several times. I can't edit any settings within the watch because the settings app doesn't even open up. The weather app doesn't work at all. I've attempted to tap it multiple times and nothing happens. The brightness app on the top left only works maybe 30% of the time that I tap on it. Do Not Disturb opens up every time although I can't turn it on or off. Now as for notifications, I get everything but texts. I've recevied only one text while having this watch for the last 4 days and I don't know what I did for it to work but, it hasn't done it again since. I get phone calls and email notifications just fine. Another issue I just had with this watch is that it basically reset itself. I took it off last night and then this morning I put it on and the dial was different. That also leads me to another problem which is that you have to have an app for the watch to work right. The last thing that I don't like is that I can't delete notifications either. It'll show the trashcan but whenever I tap it nothing happens. Other than all of those cons about this watch, a few things that I do like about it is that you can have a custom image for the dial, it shows your heart rate as well as blood pressure, the battery life is fantastic, and I love the design. I'm still going to return this product, even though I really want to love it. I just can't deal with all the problems it's giving me.
