Update 11/9/25 The company reached out, Long after the warranty was valid and offered me a full total refund. Although this item did not work out for me and possibly the way I used it jostling around in an RV, but I must say that the company stepped up to the plate and honored and stood behind their product in this day and age that's unheard of. I purchased this for use in my RV because of its size and ease of use. Size was perfect however it is quirky to use.The big problem is the water reservoir does not clip into place rendering it useless after 10 uses. Stay away! very small capacity and after a few uses needs to be refilled constantly which is a task in itself as it needs to put horizontally in order to be filled. After being a prime user for several years and hundreds of purchases this is the first negative review I have ever written. Yep that exactly how bad a design this is!

The added benefit with having a pod based machine, it also made it so we could enjoy hot chocolate as the temperature has dropped and the kids want something warm.
