    • Good lights for closet, but...inconsistent battery performance
I purchased a set of these lights for a coat closet almost a year ago. I noticed sometime several months ago that one of the two lights batteries has a significantly shorter charge-life. I didn't notice this immediately, as the lights are in a closet that we don't access all the time. I've noticed that one of the two lights needs to be charged much more frequently than the other. One lasts for about a week on a charge, while the other lasts for a month or more before needing to be recharged. I have not complained to the seller or tried to get this resolved or replaced. I give it five stars based on the attributes reviewed. They don't ask us to review the battery performance, so I can't take any stars away for this. ... show more

I live in an apartment and have a hall closet and kitchen pantry that have no lights. I got these and installed them easily, using painter's tape to attach the magnets to the ceiling. Although occasionally the motion detection doesn't work, these are handy enough that I don't mind waving something at the motion detector to get the light to come on. I can take them down with a gripper to recharge them and use the gripper to put them back, thanks to the magnets. Fortunately, thanks to using painter's tape, I will be able to take them down without any damage when I move. If the motion sensors were improved these would be five stars. ... show more

This is actually a nicely made unit. It is made with solid materials and does not look cheap at all. I was pleasantly surprised. It came almost fully charged so it does have decent light output. It charge very quickly since it was almost fully charged. The unit itself is magnetic so it can just stick to metal easily. It has auto sensor mode works great and push the button on the edge side again to turn on manually and then push to turn off. Simple. I used these as under cabinet lighting. They are a little smaller than I expected, which is a good thing. Very easy to install, to remove, to charge and they put out just the right amount of light.

These lights are easy to install with the included magnet and double sided tape. They are magnetic and easy to take down for charging. The lights are bright for their size. The lights are very responsive when on auto for motion sensor mode. I put them under the counter, close to the door, in my kitchen and so far they have come on every time I walk into the kitchen. They only included one charging cable and no charger block so if they run out of power at the same time you have to wait twice as long to get them charged back up. From buying lights similar to these from a big box store the cost appears to be compatible. I would buy again. ... show more

I have this mounted in the top section of my gun safe. The sensor is sensitive enough that it turns on the light when I open the door, and it gives off plenty of light for me to see what's up there so I'm happy . Battery life seems fine for my needs for something like this that might get 10 minutes of use a week, I'm still going on one charge for 6 weeks now. ... show more

These were very easy to set up. Just push the button for motion sensor. I charged them for about 2 hours with the provided charger. Also came with magnets to hang them with. They are nice. But sometimes they are delayed when you open the cabinet. The sensor doesn’t come on right away or doesn’t come on until you’re about done. And sometimes it does. I’ve reset it. Then it’ll work properly a few times. Then it’ll do it again. But overall they are nice when they come on. ... show more

I installed these motion lights in a utility closet in two different places. Unfortunately neither were very responsive to movement, one almost not at all; I had to wave around right in front of it for a while before it would turn on. I’ve owned multiple different types of motion lights before and these were my least favorite. I initially wasn’t so bothered by them, but eventually had enough of it and replaced with something much better. There are better options out there in my opinion. ... show more
