  • THE 1440p CARD! Incredible value and power.
Don't let tech enthusiasts or impatient gamers fool you, you're getting a top 10 GPU for a quarter of the price. This one from MSI is an absolute diamond. 3 fans that are super super quiet, adding to easily the quietest pc I've ever built, also extremely light and doesn't require a GPU stand. Also runs pretty cool and is very stable for the most part. I can run my favorite game like The Finals at a cool 100fps consistently with maxed out settings, rtx on, and DLSS 4 at 1440p. Genuinely insane performance, I'm appalled how much of a bargain it is. ... show more

  • An Excellent GPU
This card performs very well and is a pretty solid upgrade over the AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT (the first card I had purchased as an upgrade, but ended up returning). The fans are quiet enough and I haven't noticed any coil whine. The seemingly biggest "issue" is the fact that this card only has 12GBs of VRAM. I only game at 1440P and the 12GB of VRAM hasn't been an issue yet, especially with DLSS/upscaling. I would definitely get a graphics card with at least 16GBs of VRAM if you plan on gaming at 4K though. I'm also planning on either selling or trading in this 5070 towards a better card in around 1.5 to 2 years. So, I'm not worried about "future proofing" or anything like that ... show more

  • Great 1440 card that can play 4k games with the right settings and DLSS
I was concerned about this being able to run games in 4k. I knew that I’d have to use DLSS and bought this card because it has the new multi-frame generation. I know many people say it adds latency but for the games I play, I can’t really tell. So far, the value has been incredible. I have a rig with a 4080 and a 5080. This thing keeps up pretty well. Obviously it doesn’t have the same raster performance but DLSS 4 is a modern marvel. This is a great 1440 card that can push 4k with the right setting. ... show more

  • Great for 1440p
First off, Games runs great on this card on 1440p. I can run most games in high settings at around 220-240fps with tinkering of the settings...120-140 with rtx on......Max settings at 160-180fps.....90-115....rtx on... The games that I ran were: Cyberpunk, Borderlands 4, Stalker 2, Witcher 3, Horizon West, Forza 5, Crysis remake, Returnal, God of war ragnarok, Space Marines 2 and a few others. Runs like a champ, Noise is pretty low...I dont know how to measure that but its 200 percent quieter then my ps4 for sure. If your curious on what settings to change here a quick list: Nvidia App settings- Low Latency: ultra - Shader cache: 100gb - Preferred refresh rate: Application controlled - Max Frame Rate: 5fps less then your monitors refresh rate if you have G sync or G sync compatible Monitor Game settings with this card: DLSS: On - Frame generation: On x4 - Vsync: off - Reflex: On with +Boost or Just on(this handles input latency) These settings Worked for me I hope it helps anyone out so they too can have a blast. Side note...No issues on lacking vram so far. ... show more

  • Performance & Real-World Benchmarks
The RTX 5070 is a capable 1440p powerhouse, especially in DLSS 4-enabled games. It’s compact, quiet, and efficient—but the modest hardware upgrades and memory limitation dampen its long-term appeal

  • Was wary, but ultimately satisfied.
Of course the Super is on the way right after I bought this, but this is a great card. Was wary because all the bad press after the misleading announcement that it was equal to a 4090. If you can look past that, once it got down to MSRP, this card is worth it. Happy with the purchase and would recommend at this price. ... show more

  • Was defective.
Classic experience of buying parts on Amazon. PC booted fine but I got about .25 fps on my desktop. Gotta love it.

  • VRAM is too low for this range of GPU. Bad value.
I am returning mine. I bought it so I could play some of the newer games. First game on my list was Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. This game runs poorly on any GPU it seems. My issue was that I was using up 90% of the VRAM of the card at 1080p. I can't see this card lasting 10 years. I returned it for a 4060 TI 16GB. I will admit is was quiet and didn't get very hot even when I tried 4k. My issue is with it is games stuttering when capping out the VRAM. I highly recommend a the 16GB 5060TI over this card. It's a better value and more future proof. ... show more
