I am beyond pleased with this machine. I had to send back two other gaming PCs, both of which had a higher price tag, before this one came through for me. Competitors on Amazon have been a huge disappointment in terms of shipping and fulfillment. It's always a massive red flag when you see "UPS" on the tracking information. It's basically guaranteeing that your expensive package will be delayed and mishandled in order to save the seller a few bucks. MSI ships through Amazon, who almost always do a MUCH better job. Additionally, MSI packages their PCs like they care about them. The specs are excellent for the price and it's working like an absolute champ for long gaming sessions. The CPU temp gets up to 57°C after many hours at ultra 4k settings, which is great. The fans run quiet. I'm not a fan of RGB LEDs glaring and pulsing in my case, and this one has a nice button right there on the exterior to disable them, no software required. Speaking of software, nearly all of the MSI bloatware is entirely optional and comes uninstalled, allowing you to pick and choose exactly what you will find useful. Even the mouse and keyboard they throw in are of solid quality; I expected these to be a throwaway box filler but I actually like them a lot. The one point which I would like to see improved is that the tiny power cords connecting the fans inside the case are a bit sloppy. I noticed them when I was checking for damaged or loose components and I've never noticed them again, so it's definitely an insignificant detail. I spent almost $700 less than I budgeted on this, got a great device that is making me quite happy, and put the savings into a nice monitor. Strongly recommended. ... show more

Received my PC with a VGA Code out of the box. Plugged it into the GPU HDMI slot with no picture. YouTubed it and googles indicating something’s wrong with the graphics card.

I was worried due to online reviews from prior years. But this isn't the PC as seen on Gamers Nexus and Dawid does gaming (youtube channels) This performs great. Images are from userbenchmark.com and from playing Squad (Milsim game) where I am averaging 200-220 fps. I am so happy.

Love the PC but couple things didn't match description, but the one I'm curious about is windows 11 pro cuz didn't come installed and it go to store like I seen someone suggested and it cost to do so which means didn't come with unless I'm missing something. Loving the PC other than that

las características son diferentes al producto que entregan: - Dice RAM de 5200Mhz, y la que viene es de 4800Mhz - Dice Windows 1 pro, pero el que vienen en windows 11 home - En las preguntas respondieron que la tarjeta gráfica era una MSI 4070 ventus 3x, pero la que viene es una ventus 2x - y por último mencionaban un vouncher para reclamar diablo 4, y tampoco lo entregan. This did not come with Windows 11 Pro. After initia setup tried updating windows and then nothing but crash after crash. Amazon support was not helpful and wouldn’t issue a replacement. Has to be returned, wait for a refund before purchasing again. Id steer clear of this one. Seriously considering not being an amazon member anymore after this one.
