Easy to install and fast super cooling. We love this mini split. It is already 100 degrees in March here in Arizona and Mr Cool is living up to its name. This 24,000 BTU cools my whole 700 sq ft home in 10 minutes.

This mini-split is a game changer!!! Minus some supply voltage troubleshooting on the homes end, the entire process went smooth. As with all instructions - you do have to be flexible & handy. Really simple install when the process gets planned in advance. Tech-support is tops considering that we are in peak-heat season. Even though the flaws found were on the home-owners end, Mr. Cool rep worked to find us resolve until we were up and running. Not a product problem as this thing is A+. The unit outperforms & replaces 1 portable and 2 window units in our old farmhouse and draws fewer total amps! ... show more

do not.i repeat ,do not buy a mr cool anything,i bought 2 units 18k and 24k 2 tons 240 volt and one burnt out the other leaked out freon ,just pure junk
