Very nice jacket; high quality. Not lightweight. My only negative about the jacket is the fleece lining in the sleeves makes it a bit difficult to put your arms through when wearing a long sleeve cotton shirt. Comfortable and looks sharp. Good value for the money.

Reliable Warmth for Winter Wandering I picked up this Pudolla softshell jacket recently because I needed something versatile for the unpredictable January weather, and honestly, it has been a delightful surprise. I wanted a coat that could handle a brisk winter hike or just a run to the grocery store without making me look like I was gearing up for an arctic expedition, and this fits the bill perfectly. The first thing I noticed when I put it on was the fleece lining. It runs all the way through the interior and feels incredibly soft against a base layer, providing immediate warmth without that suffocating bulk you get from heavier parkas. I’ve worn it out on days where the wind was really biting, and the windproof shell does an excellent job of blocking those gusts. It isn't a heavy-duty blizzard coat, but for active winter days or temperatures hovering around freezing, it keeps the chill out comfortably. I also appreciate that the outer fabric sheds light snow and rain effectively; moisture just beads up and rolls right off. Functionally, the storage is fantastic. I am always carrying extra bits and pieces, and the sheer number of pockets—including the zippered ones on the chest and arm—means I can securely stash my keys, phone, and even a spare pair of gloves without worrying about them falling out. The zippers themselves are smooth and don't catch, which is a common annoyance I’ve had with other jackets in this range. This is a really nice, quality fleece zipper jacket. It has a lot of excellent things going for it. First, it looks and feels great. It's quite roomy, and even though I sized up as I do for items of this size, it's still has some room for growing. I would recommend upsizing if you are between sizes, to be sure. As well, if you plan on wearing more than one layer beneath. Second, and I consider this one of the most important, the zippers are really exceptionally designed. They are themselves of solid material, and pull with ease. They also have nice "tassels" by which they are more easily opened and closed. You can have the nicest item in all respects, but blow it with a bad zipper, so they did very well here. Lastly, the warmth is about perfect. Probably ideal down to around freezing, and can take more with a little layering beneath. All in all, this is a great jacket, and I am well pleased.

Wow! This jacket is really quite nice. Plenty roomy so it zips up completely and easily. (He's 5'6 and 170#, with a bit of a belly) The sleeves may be a bit on the long side, but that's far preferable to being too short. Its super soft and my hubby says its comfortable. I love the Sage color! I get so tired of the variable shades of black, blue, and brown that are the typical jacket colors for men. The price was very reasonable and I expect he'll get alot of use out of this jacket.
