Just assembled the bed today. Assembly was pretty easy and the instructions were pretty decent. I had two friends help me put together so it only took about an hour total. Would have taken longer as just one person. The bed looks very beautiful in person and doesn’t look cheap. It’s obviously not a $1,500 bed, but for the price, the quality is good! I love that the trundle can be pulled out and move around anywhere in the room. I have a 10” mattress on the top currently. I didn’t mind not having much “arms” on the sides and really wanted a sturdy mattress for adults. Will probably purchase an 8” for the bottom based on another reviewers advice. At this time I highly recommend! Bought on sale for less than $400 and it was worth it! Will update review if I end up having any issues or negative feedback that needs to be shared. ... show more

Assembled bed has the aesthetic I was looking for and wasn’t too difficult to assemble. Headboard has very little padding for the cost of nearly $400. I like that there are extra screws and plastic slat brackets, but the Allen key included stripped/bent very easily and I had to use one from something else to finish putting the bed together. Considering the number of screws used for assembly there should be a better quality Allen wrench or two included. Some of the screw holes for the metal cross-braces weren’t lined up exactly and were the only parts I had difficulty putting together. The slats that form the base of the bed are plywood, not solid wood, which concerns me about the longevity/stability over time. This is in a guest room so it won’t get too much use, however I would probably look to replace them for everyday use. Bed is sturdy when fully assembled and fit a queen mattress well. Fabric has nice feel, but headboard lacks padding and feels cheap. Overall very nice bed, but lower quality than expected based on cost. ... show more

We had some issues with delivery - only one box was delivered and the other apparently was missing. We ended up purchasing from a different retailer. That aside - the bed was not too difficult to assemble. It absolutely required two people though.. even just one to hold things in place while the other did the actual assembling. It seems pretty sturdy. We got a king sized and I was apprehensive to get a platform bed in this size because of longevity. After putting this together and using for a couple of months I am not worried at all about this falling apart. I love this bed. Its also gorgeous. I spent hours and hours and hours searching for the perfect headboard/frame for our new house and once I saw this it was a no brainer. It's so nice looking. I love the way it makes our bedroom feel and look. If you're on the fence I would absolutely recommend this product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. BEWARE—ONE TIME USE PRODUCT! After you’ve disassembled it, it’s impossible to reassemble. We loved it for the first three years then we moved and it’s completely useless now. Extremely disappointed.

I'm very picky the type that can return 5 beds until i find the perfect one, and can say this one is a 10/10. Highly highly recommend. So happy. I love that the size is exact to a full size mattress and not unnecessarily large like some other full size beds that leave a bit of space and with headboards they look larger.
