  • A Top Notch Travel Book
Format: Paperback
This is what a tour guide for mc's should be. It was an interesting read for anybody desiring to travel to the Pacific NWE, wether by bike or car, tho it's geared to the biker. It's specific on gas stops, distances, off the beaten path sights, and provides the riders eye view of the route. It was also written in an engaging style, which I found almost as enjoyable as a novel. You are literaly in the rider's seat on the road with the authors. I would read any travel books by these two authors. Well illustrated, one of the author's is a professional photographer. Each recommended tour has maps, total miles, as well as the narrative and photos. I have already re-read sections, and find myself drawn to the areas described. I recommend it highly, and hope for others in the series (I have the SW and the NW) . ... show more

  • The Perfect Gift!
Format: Paperback
I was at a loss for a gift. Then I came across this wonderful book. The recipient is relatively new to the motorcycle world and loved to go for beautiful rides, yet he was running out of places to go. This book changed all that. Now his next year will be spent exploring every trip it offers. This book is great. It gives you everything you need for a trip, places to stop, eat and take pic's. I can't wait to follow him on his great journey. ... show more

Format: Paperback
Ok book but not what I expected as only 2 rides are in Eastern WA and there are many great rides in the east side of the state.

  • perfect gift for your motorcycle riding Dad
Format: Paperback
Bought this as a gift for my Dad, ended up reading it myself. Always love exploring the Northwest Coast and this book just added to my excitement of it. Great side notes about restaurants, beach stops, and a details about each location. Directions to waterfall stops along the Columbia River and what to see along the Cascades. It even hits on the San Juan Islands! SO much to see in the Northwest and this book touches on it all. I feel like planning a little get a way and I don't even ride....but I'm thinking that may be a fun way to check out this area. ... show more

  • Rides Worth Taking
Format: Paperback
Rarely do I write a 5 star review, but this touring book is perfect for those who want to check out the abundance of great rides throughout the northwest. Good writing, great maps and pictures

  • Been There Done That.
Format: Paperback
I've lived in western Washington all my life. I was looking for new things here I've never done before. The majority of these trips I've done before. I would recommend this for people that aren't familiar or haven't lived in the area for a long time.

  • Excellent guidebook!!
Format: Paperback
I don't ride a motorcycle to impress you or anyone else!!! I ride for the feeling of freedom I get while I am twisting the throttle down some windy road. This book tells you where to go to experience this freedom, when you are in Oregon, Washington, or British Colombia. My kids live in Seattle Washington, and you can bet this book will be in my saddlebags, if I ride my bike out to see them!!! ... show more
