Physical damage or damage due to improper installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. Within the first year you can contact us for warranty issues. The product must be returned to us at the customer's expense in order for us to perform warranty service. After the first year, warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer. The manufacturer will require a receipt from the original purchase. Product specific warranty information will be included with the product packaging. Had to cut and splice wires on the oem harness to install. Starter works but door locks and windows do not. Tpms light stays on now too. Would not recommend. Absolutely garbage. Range is about 15 feet.

    • USE WAGO CONNECTORS!!! NOT BUTT CONNECTORS
Dont use crimped on butt connectors use wago 221 connectors (lever connectors) they are way easier and the risk of making a mistake is none existant with them also tech support guy was very rude but honestly I dont blame them when you answer the same questions day in day out not hard but tedious

    • Works great. Instructions not as good as they could be.
The product works great. My 22 Camrey starts up easy and exactly how I want from the product. The downside is the instructions you use through the QR code are not the greatest. If they were explained slightly better and had better pictures explaining the process it would be the perfect product. I will say there were 2 times that I had to make a guess at what the instructions were saying and I'm lucky I was right on both. Additionally the instructions leave out some things that should be added on the "How" in making some connections/disconnections. They assume everyone knows wiring lingo and with a few tweaks the instructions could be followed by almost anyone that is willing to be handy. Sadly that is not the case. I would also say the little bits I had to use of my own electrical components could be included in the kit vs the two extra wiring harnesses that I now just have on hand for now reason. At the end of the day I now have a car that is remote start, but the process of installing could be open to more people if the instructions were just slightly more well written. ... show more

    • Great product but...
Great product this is the 2nd one I get from MPC. The only issue I have is the TPMS light. I know it will turn off after I start driving. The dealer called me about the TPMS that needed to be checked cause the car is somehow sending live data to their system through the Toyota app. You would think that MPC will have a way to avoid triggering this thing. So I decided to unplug the 2 wire connections from the harnes to the car and I can remote start the car fine but I cant use the fob to unlock my doors because I disconnected the TPMS wires from the harness to the car. The only way to access the car after remote start is going to the keyhole on the door you would think they would've already got a way to not have this warning light from coming on after 5 years the camry has been out.... ... show more

Very Easy to install, Very easy to program, Worked the first time. Only 3 wires had to be spliced in. The rest were just plug and play.

    • MPC sent wrong product-charged me to return!
Ordered remote start for my 21 Camry key start. MCP sent wrong one in box labeled as one I ordered. When i requested a refund I was advised I would be charged shipping to return "their wrong product". Not happy!
