Physical damage or damage due to improper installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. Within the first year you can contact us for warranty issues. The product must be returned to us at the customer's expense in order for us to perform warranty service. After the first year, warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer. The manufacturer will require a receipt from the original purchase. Product specific warranty information will be included with the product packaging. The product is warranted to the end user, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the provided date of purchase, to the original purchaser of the product.     • Ram install , read all instructions!!!
Installed this in my 2014 Ram 1500, pretty much plug and play. Make sure you attach all wires you miss one and yep it won’t work. Also make sure you read all the instructions and do everything to a T. Like trying to use it , press lock, unlock, lock not lock,lock,lock like the ad states. Grrrrr.     • Easy DIY remote start
Bought and installed on 2016 ram 1500. No electrical experience. Took me 1 hour start to finish. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only wire that was difficult was the running lights while remote start configuration that required a not included 1k ohm resistor into splicing with light wire. Didn't have that resistor and didn't want to mess with it but rest of install was connector based with only 1 wire that needed connected into another but was easy. All connections readily accessible under steering wheel. Was a bit intimidated reading instructions but wasn't bad. Great value. I like using my stock remote and not having the running lights on when remote started not a big deal for me. Maybe one day ill buy the resistor & complete but very happy for now. ... show more

    • Easy plug and play install
For my 2016 Ram, 1500 with standard key the install was very straight forward. The provided T harnesses, along with step by step instructions, made the installation and setup a breeze. All was plug and play, without the need to tap into any of the factory wires. I needed to make a single connection for 1 wire, but it was between 2 of the harnesses and the butt splice connector was already crimped on one side. I would recommend reading all of the programming steps to familiarize yourself before programming the module. It requires steps in the vehicle first, before removing and using a PC to program the module. This was also very straight forward and there was no rush between steps. If you can follow directions and have the ability to use basic tools, anyone can install themselves. I’ve done a few over the last 20+ years and they’ve gotten so much easier. Instructions were clear. Don’t get hung up on the wiring diagrams. Just follow the step by step guide and you’ll be fine. ... show more
