Physical damage or damage due to improper installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. Within the first year you can contact us for warranty issues. My particular charger is a 2006 2.7 V6 so the instructions that come with it are the plug and play, not sure if this is the same for the other V-6 model which is a 3.5 however do not assume to just plug and play this device. you may be required to do additional hard wiring into the actual harness behind the key under the dash, that being said the instructions that come with it are not extremely clear about the color connections. also be advised you will have to remove the stereo to access plug-ins for the ignition switch. Even with the instructions I was having problem with the unit starting my car I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful with step-by-step wiring instructions and even sent new pictures showing the correct wiring order for my car . After looking at the pictures they sent my car started just fine with the unit I feel like those pictures should be included with the instructions and it would save a lot of problems but nonetheless they have them to provide for you if you get stuck on the installation. Product worked for one day. All lines was installed properly. It worked great the first day. The next day it turn on electrical pars but would not start vehicle. Still have to use key to start. Update kept it constantly trying to reset and calling customer service. Even took it to car audio professionals who stated is trash and recommended buying different model or going to manufacturer to get factory remote start installed. ... show more

It’s a great product and all BUT it needs better instructions I have a 2006 dodge charger 3.5 v6 I did have to remove my radio to get to the ignition switch tho which wasn’t to bad highly tho

It works amazing I last like 3 hours installing this because I plug the cable that you need to cut wrong but if I didn’t make that mistake Is a 1 hour installation because you need to remove the radio to reach the transponder but after all that, works really well and for the winter pretty good!!

It works! But I had to dock a star for the instructions and diagram. They were not great. Here are some tips that were NOT in the instructions. First. The Parking Wire (-) is located on the far left of the dash nestled in a bit. If you're having a hard time locating it. Follow the electrical wire from the highlight dial to the chucky node. It's really more of a Light Grey/Brown. I got a bit confused there, because I was looking for a crisp white wire. It's a bit grey. Second. You will need to take your Dash Panel Off and loosen/remove the key assembly out to get at the Kill Module. That's the other thing that was a bit irritating, the phrases used were extremely hard to search for because it seems like the directions were written using odd phraseology. The kit was also incomplete. I had to go purchase some connectors. But IT WORKS! And it works insanely well. Honestly, if it wasn't such a good product, I would've given it 3 stars. But it you can grit pass the bs, it's a great product. ... show more
