This was easy to install. The directions seemed complicated but it turned out to be easy. I unplugged the connector under the steering wheel, plugged the new cable in between the two ends, held down the button on the little box while I plugged in the little black cable, when the light went blue I let go of the button and turned on the key, plugged in the other connector on the box and that was it. Works great.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I feel there is a need to for this product. Before I decided to spend the $150 for this remote start I scanned the internet looking for a frost hand review. There were none. I am here to attest that this product was super easy to install and program. Start to finish was 45min. The next time I could have it completed in 5min. It works just as expected. Great product.

Had nothing but issues. Worked sporadically, then didn't work at all...couldn't control climate (heat, defrost), so whats the point of having? Finally returned it.

If your vehicle can except one of these remote start kits buy it and thank me later. Install was as easy as plug it in tie it up and start the truck from the remote. That easy

It seems it's preloaded but the instructions for a 2020 f250 clearly state you have to update using the flashlink after mating to the truck. Mine did not come with the flashlink. Then if your flashlink requires a firmware update you have to start all over with mating then back to the flashlink to decode and then it works. I suspect ordering direct from the supplier avoids this because off Amazon they are pulling the box off a shelf in a warehouse where it might not have the latest firmware.

The only reason I gave 4 is because I ran into a software issue. Not certain if it was my fault or manufacture. I sent a trouble ticket into MPC within 15 minutes they sent me an email with questions back I called and gave them ticket number and lady walked me through the issue sent me a new link had it working in 2 minutes. If you have an issue just ask them for help will save you a lot of time trying to figure it out by yourself. Really nice product though.
