Very easy to install. I've installed alot of remote starts in the past. Older style are a pain to install. They require way too much splicing. This one is plug and play. I used it on my 2018 Nissan rogue sport. I enjoy not having to add another remote to my Keychain.

I had to go to a website to get install information which had to give various information such as email. Then found out that a pc would be need for programing, which all I have is Mac had to find a different computer. install was fairly easy but the instruction could have been easier.

Great bundle, everything you need to install the remote starter, even the included hood pin / switch bypass ( not needed on my model), it is nice that it included the flash link lite, but if you already own the flash link manager use that instead. It was super easy to install and well priced and the wires store pretty nice. i zip tied it next to the light switches. It is pretty secure and wont rattle or be on the way while driving. Note: the lose wire are not needed at least for my model cut or store as needed make sure they dont touch any metal surface. No need to disconnect the battery, this will save you the trouble to remove the entire air filter housing. If you must, buy the filter and go ahead change it while you at it. Fyi you will need to reconfigure to suit your model. i had to change mine from nissan base rouge to the sport version and specify t harness, this was pretty easy. use the dropdown list and save it into the device. Do not store at 1st try you will need to perform programing instructions to the device, once done unplug and use the decryptor option on the program and hit start. Let it do its thing and when done unplug from the computer and attach all together. If all done correctly use any oem remote click the lock 3 times, wait a bit and rejoice on a job well done. Be careful if you have push to start this may not work for you.

Review way overdue! Purchased in 2021 and it still working perfectly to this day. I use it year round for winter heat and defrost windows, and summer to cool down with the AC. Battery has been replaced and still not a issue. Best purchase!

Hardest part was getting the wires tucked in. The rest was pretty straightforward. You don't have to be a mechanic to install this kit.
