It will work perfectly for a while and then stop responding, force close, and freeze up the player for an extended period of time. I'm so disappointed - we wanted this almost exclusively for the Spotify and it's not functioning well.

It's a nice little device. Easy to use, world great. We had trouble with the device being locked by my child and unable to remember the password. Customer service took a little while to respond by email but, then was great! Looking forward to the upgraded device with parental controls and more storage.

So so glad to find a product that lets the user access music through both spotify and saved mp3s. My product had issues with connecting to wifi. It kept cutting out. It then kept searching for wifi but not finding. It took awhile for me to get through to customer service, but they did offer me a replacement straight away when the contact was established. They shipped me a new one straight away! That's what I call amazing, brilliant customer service from the seller. Additionally, I did receive some assistance through a phone call from amazon, which is great customer service from amazon also. More important than a decent product is decent customer service, because when technological things go awry, I would have no idea what to do and it is incredibly helpful to have somewhere to turn. TYSM to Luoron for making this product and assisting the non tech savvy.

Bought this for a tween as a stepping stone towards an actual cell phone. This device worked alright but it is very very slow. To give some context to that, launching Apple music, finding a song and actually hearing it start to play can take more than 1 minute. That may not sound like that long, but it sure is when you're holding the device in hand. Aside from the slowness, I didn't have too many complaints.. this is an older Android version but capable enough. You can load apps that you want but you have to sideload them using OpenMTP, basically throwing the APK on the device and then navigating to it via File Browser. Do not expect apps to work very quickly. Battery life was ok too. However, and this is the bad part... after about a week of owning it, the device was plugged in to charge overnight and in the morning it was dead. It would not charge, it would not turn on, etc. I tested the charger and the cable, tried different cables, etc. Nothing. There is no "reset" button or way to reset the device if it won't turn on.. it's just dead. I had to send it in for a return. Sadly, on that experience I don't really trust this particular player anymore. I suggest the next version has a hardware reset button.

Wow, I'm impressed. This is a fantastic little device, and it comes with quite a few accessories that weren't listed on the product page which were wonderful surprises. Bluetooth pairing was very easy. I love that Amazon Music is preloaded. Easy to connect to the internet and sync. Touch screen is responsive. Has all the bells and whistles of shuffle, continuous play, etc. I like that its internal storage is easily expandable with a card if necessary. The built in speaker is a little weak, but I don't plan to use it without headphones so. Battery life seems great. I’ve had it running for an hour and a half and it’s only used 10%. It has neat features like being able to schedule it to turn on and off, and has an auto-off feature that can be set from 5-25mins, or to never off. For a while I was concerned that the device just kept turning off after five minutes of no use, and the device had to be fully turned back on and would make noise which is annoying. Well fortunately, I found this setting and if you just change this setting to never off, then the device won’t turn off unless you manually hold down the power button for several seconds. The screen goes dark to save battery, but all it takes is a quick tap of the power button and the device lights up from its sleeping state (without making noise). The really pleasant surprises were that this came with a screen protector already pre-installed on both front and back, and another unused set in the box. It also comes with a soft plastic case to help protect it from drops and damage. The USB-USB C cord that comes with it even has a USB to USB C dongle, such that you could plug it into a computer that only has USB C. It does come with a set of wired headphones too, though I'll probably not be using them as they're not great quality. But I didn't buy this for the headphones. Overall I'm incredibly pleased and surprised by this product.

Everything that is stated in the description is 100% true. The quality of the device is very good and with the applications that are available it makes it better. I contacted the brand, they responded in less than 24 hours. I recommend it, it is 5/5 and its price for its quality is very low.
