I read a lot of reviews on a lot of portable DVD players before selecting this one and, for my needs, I'm very happy with my purchase. The price is extremely reasonable compared to others. The quality overall is better than expected. I haven't had it for too long but it's definitely been in use, and I haven't had any disc skipping issues. The picture is great. The sound doesn't get as loud as I'd want it if I was using it without headphones, however, I'm always using it with headphones so I didn't factor that in my rating. The volume with headphones is great. I've used it in the car via the headrest mount (sold separately) and it worked great and was easy to attach. I've had no problem with the battery holding a charge. I'm pleased with this product. If you know what you expect out of a portable dvd player going in, this one does what it says and is holding up. This player is one of the best ones I've used so far. It performs great, the picture and sound is nice a clear and the fact that it give you the option of the screen size is a big plus for me. The setup page is easy to figure out and has a multitude of different choices and functions. I like the SD and USB ports. The remote control is easy to use and works up to 26 feet away. If you already understand that this is a small player and will have a small screen you will like this DVD Player. It is bright enough, however it needs to be somewhat close to watch, especially if you want to read subtitles. Cars, camping trips, or any travel it is perfect for. It is easy to operate. The sound and color is pretty good, you may wish headpones for better sound. Although the sound is okay for a normal viewing distance, It is definate worth the price; however you may want to buy a bigger screen. I bought this DVD player and noticed it didn't come with a case for headrest in the vehicle, I thought it simply was missing so I emailed the seller to let them know about this,seller was VERY responsive and made me aware of the fact that this does NOT come with the case,it a tu has to be purchased separately, but duo to the confusion they were willing to send me one as a gift. I think that is pretty awesome and does show how much they care about their customers As for the DVD player I have to say it's a pretty cool item,I bought it for my 5 year old son who loves to watch movies in the car when we're driving, picture is clear and speakers are pretty loud,I didn't think they were going to be that loud to be honest. Good quality and inexpensive item!! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this portable DVD player. It had some of the features I had on my old Sony portable DVD player that finally quick working. But I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this device is. The picture quality and sound is standard for this device but I like that it comes with cords to hook it the a standard 3 in 1 AV cable so you have the option of hooking it to a TV while on a trip. Also the swivel screen gives you the option to rotate and flip the screen to hang it on a car head rest. I went for the red color and I’m loving it. I feel for the price this DVD player gives you so many features. Region free, TV hook up, buttons to control the player on the player, and a remote. I do wish the plastic felt a little stronger and that the battery could last a little longer but it comes with a car charger for the longer car trips so it’s not that big of a issue.
