The 17.5" portable DVD player is easy to use, loads quickly, easily returning to the last memory, plays well, provides quality sound, and has a high quality, large screen. The Customer Service is excellent. I ran into loading issues after a couple of months and BOIFUN Customer Service was responsive, guiding me through troubleshooting and replacing the DVD player immediately when the issue did not resolve. The replacement is the same make and model and it has been working perfectly over the last several months. I recommend this DVD player (model and manufacturer) and I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am very impressed with this DVD player. I am 70 years young and my eyesight is not very good; therefore this portable DVD player is just perfect to use sitting on my lap. It is the perfect screen size for my vision and the whole unit is actually lightweight but very durable. The battery life is excellent, the picture quality is very good for a portable unit, and the price is a very good value. The speaker quality is good (I just wish there was more bass and less treble, but this is not a major issue for me). Oh, and I must say the Purple color is awesome! I am very satisfied with customer service and the free 3 year warranty. Thank you kindly for providing a product that is perfect for me!

This portable DVD player has a super large screen and is very substantial. It is simple to instal and operate. The picture is very clear. I use it to play exercise DVDs but it would be great for viewing films and traveling. It worked perfectly for a few months and then stopped. I contacted the manufacturer's service department. They tried to troubleshoot by email and then replaced the unit. They were extremely responsive, courteous and answered my emails promptly. The new player works very well. I recommend this purchase.

First, I truly appreciated the care in packaging the item. Second, it is super easy to use intuitively, but there are also quick start guides and a more detailed manual. When you open the DVD player, there is a card for a free three year warranty extension with 24 hour customer service. I received a prompt reply to let me know that I had signed up. The DVD player is lightweight and has rounded corners for comfort. It has a nice design. We have only started one movie on it, and it is very easy to play, pause and stop your DVDs. I saw this movie on another screen and the color looks comparable to what I expected. The picture quality is fine. It is nice to have many options for using the display and player. One can rotate the screen and can also connect the player to other devices. Cables are provided for these functions. I look forward to using it more. The price is excellent. We like having a nice screen size for viewing. So far, the company demonstrates great care in their product and for their customers. Thanks, Boifun.

We purchased 3 DVD players for our kids to use daily for schooling. One of the DVD players stopped playing disks after a few months so I contacted customer service. They were so helpful and so quick in their responses. Their customer service team is one of the best I have ever dealt with. We plan to purchase additional DVD players from them as our other children reach school age because of the size and ease of functionality.

The DVD player has a decent picture and I really like the big screen. It is easy to operate and charged quickly. The sound quality is just ok and I noticed that depending upon the angle of the screen the picture is a bit distorted and doesn’t fair well in the dark. The controls are easy to use and the player fits well into a regular laptop case. I have only used it once and honestly prefer my TV but this would work well for car trips or outside on a sunny day. I gave it a four because I think the sound and picture quality could be better.
