I can't even give this product ONE star. I am so angry. Not only does this camera not work without an SD card...then I ordered the card and it said it was corrupted so I was forced to try the "Cloud" option of which I have been charged everyday for a week $49.95even after I cancelled within the 7 day trial period because it wasn't working....which also was supposewd to be the 39.95 option. The camera has a mind of it's own and just reverts to looking completely sideways at the wall...doesn't even detect anything. It is so messed up and my account is also messed up now. Necesitaba vigilancia en casa y comore las Wyze pero no sabia que solo agarran wifi 2.4 y el wifi actual es 5g.. compré esta y agarra ambos wifi y con opción de usarse sin subscribir mensualmente.. la manejo desde mi celular 😉

First off these absolutely do not connect to 5g network. In my experience they don't connect to 2.4. I have extensive tech experience. I have a router and modem combo that combines networks and assigns to most appropriate network band. Thought that was the issue so I split them and tested it on both. I tested 2 cameras in every single connection mode in the yi app and neither camera connected at all. I keep getting the password error. I've tried every listed work around and none work. These cameras are a headache. If you buy them take them outside, toss them in the air and knock them across your yard with a baseball bat because they are not good for anything else. Was two different cameras one was from Germany and had to find and download a separate app and figure out how to use it cause was in German even though was both supposed to be same camera. They looked alike but two totally different cameras even after finding the brand of camera n finiding the app we still can not get the one to work properly and it constantly turns on and off on it own and starts going through set up process and spinning in circles like it’s possessed or something ... show more
