It’s a heck of a good little recorder — it picks up well and plays back clearly. Unfortunately, the instructions are worthless. There are a number of buttons and dials - I just wish I knew how to record something, locate it, and play it back! If anyone (including the manufacturer) can provide feedback, I’d be most appreciative. ... show more

So dissapointed. It will not upload files which is what I desparately needed. I bought new cords. The recording itself is great but it is not fullfilling the purpose of the purchase. I tried to return it but I missed the return window by 3 days and customer service is non existant. So upset I wasted so much money on something I cannot use. :( ... show more
