Unit is easy to use, feels of decent quality. Didn't put it through it's paces, but did a brief statement to see how well it picks up and plays. Sensitive, and plays loud and crisp. Having a 32 gig on board card means no use for addictional cards which this unit doesn't provide, but really doesn't need it as you can download mp3s directly from the PC, and use headphones to listen which by the way sounds like any expensive sound equipment through the phones. I have four different units, and this being the cheapest, I was amazed as to how it performs. Small, slick, and easy.

I am a nursing student, and in order to keep up with my notes in class, I purchased this recorder, which was what I needed to get the job done. However, I still am unable to transfer the data onto the computer with my MacBook Air and for this, I am only giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I only wanted to save it onto the computer to share the recorded data to other classmates, but I could do away with it. The recorder picks up a lot, especially if your phone is on the table. It can hear the vibration of your phone, if you’re eating a snack, and opening the wrapper and someone’s voice from 30-50 feet away (in the lecture hall) answering the professors questions. Definitely worth the money and for the price.

I needed a recorder for my job, and this has really done the trick. So far, the recording quality has been very good, and it's been easy to use. It's small and lightweight and very easy to slide into my pocket or purse when I need to take it with me somewhere. I did panic a little one time when I was turning it off and the button fell off, but I was able to slide it right back on and it works just as well as it always did (and now I'm more careful about using that switch so it doesn't happen again). UPDATE: I ordered the recorder in January. It's now June. I plugged it into charge for an interview least week, and when I pulled it off the charger the next morning, it wouldn't turn on. It still works if plugged directly in, but the battery won't hold a charge at all and won't turn on if it's not plugged into a power source.

This recorder is very small so it'll fit into your pocket or purse. The sound is really good it's very easy to use it was very easy to figure out how to use. I'm very pleased with this product I would absolutely recommend it for other people.

The recorder worked ok for about 5 months, although the instructions for using it are not straight-forward and EXTREMELY confusing. Then the internal processor LOCKED UP in the file transfer mode, rendering it useless. No button pushes are recognized, and the screen is constantly on. Efforts to resolve the malfunction with Amazon only resulted in obtaining a phone number to somewhere in China. Not worth the phone bill to call. Will wait 'til the battery runs down and hope the processor resets. Even if it does, I won't use the recorder for anything important.

This is so tiny and I love it so much for that reason alone!! The recording quality is average but just fine for our interview and focus g pup meetings - we just need files that can be transcribed. I would say mid-range clarity and very light weight with a sleek design. Hold onto the instruction book until you get used to the controls a few times - they are not as intuitive as they could be. Great value for the money and the shipping was VERY fast.

Good to get the task at hand done. If the recorder rubs something or a small sound is made near it, it records it and is very loud, but for a meeting where people are talking and its sitting still this is great. It looks like its made out of cheap plastic, but I don't care about that much since it does a good job. It has a ton of features with its buttons, and works great, plus its small.
