I ordered this as a gift and it worked great for 11 months. The pressure was very helpful and the heating function was nice. Needless to say I was quite disappointed when, at just about a year after purchase, all of the functions but the kneading stopped working. I would plug in the machine and the kneading massagers automatically began going, but were not adjustable, and the compression feature was not working. I contacted customer support. They requested a video of the issue and offered a product replacement. Excellent customer support support! I would highly recommend for anyone who is on their feet a lot, and for the excellent customer service!

JUNE 2025 UPDATE: I contacted the company and they honored the one year warranty with no fuss and sent to me a replacement foot massager. MAY 2025 UPDATED REVIEW: I've had this less than a year and it won't turn off unless it's unplugged. Also, the adjustments don't work - it just runs endlessly on the lowest kneading setting with no air compression. I only use it once a week, and it hasn't been moved or abused, it's just stopped functioning properly. For all this money, products should work for longer than 10 months. And of course it's too late to return. ORIGINAL REVIEW: bought a different foot massager a few months ago and it tickled the bottom of my feet so bad that I couldn't relax and it didn't feel like a massage at all. I'm so glad that I tried again by buying this brand because the massage is really good along with the compression, and it only mildly tickles while it's gently getting started up. I did a boot camp workout today and my feet were aching a bit, and after two sessions my feet feel 80% better.

EDIT: The manufacturer reached out to me and replaced the unit. The new one works fine for now so I updated the rating, but we'll see how long it holds up. Original: When it worked, it worked pretty well. Got it at the end of December '24 and now the remote no longer works (even with a new battery), and it constantly turns itself on and off. Sometimes it will turn off after a couple of minutes after I turn it on, sometimes it will work without a problem. And sometimes when it turns itself on the heat turns on as well and almost feels hotter than it does when running, but that might just be my imagination. I unplug it now when I'm not trying to use it so it's not running with the heat on high when I'm not at home. When it did work properly it was pretty enjoyable though. It was pretty intense at first but you get used to it pretty quick. The 3 settings for speed and pressure are pretty nice as well. Only complaint would be the lack of heel pressure and since the top is closed I can't move my heel to a higher pressure area (but that was to be expected obviously, the top can't be open with the pressure mechanism).

Months Later EDIT: After the previous two reviews - my review is back to 1 star again, unfortunately to reflect this particular model. Their customer service is great, and i LOVED this foot massager while it worked. But I regret to say that after 8.5 months, the replacement unit they sent me broke with the same exact issues. The unit turns on, the lights work, but it will not massage or do any compression. It just beeps like it's working but does nothing. When unplugged it will start kneading even if it hasn't been turned on, no other functions work, and then powering it off doesn't turn the machine off - lights go off but kneading continues. Unplugging it reverses this back to lights but no functions, etc, and the cycle continues... Looks well made, but I think there is something wrong with the overall functionality because with very good and careful treatment, unit not even being moved around, it is sad that literally 2 units will not last 3/4 of a year. EDIT: Review changed from 1 star to 5 stars because of their customer service. I wrote the review below and right away Mountrax reached out to me to make it right and offered a replacement unit. I loved the product before the first one broke and I'm hopeful with the good reviews on here that I just received a faulty unit before and this one will have no issues. Great customer service is not common anymore and so the fact that they stand behind their product brings my review up to 5 stars. Original Review: Got this as a Xmas gift and used it on average maybe once or twice a week for about 15-30 minutes. I loved it and thought it massaged well, until it suddenly and unexpectedly stopped working. It has never been moved from under the desk so it was not mistreated in any way. I simply went to turn it on and the lights come on, but it will not do anything. I then tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it kneads very quickly (buttons or remote do not work to control it) but has no heat or compression, and I cannot adjust or even turn off the kneading until I unplug it. Going to reach out to product support but otherwise very disappointed that it didn't even last 8 full months, especially for the price. It seems like a quality product but obviously lacks longevity.

EDIT: The seller reached out promptly and arranged for a replacement that arrived very quickly. Great to know this great product is backed by a solid company. Buy with confidence! Great product for a very reasonable price. Good amount of force/pressure, massage points hit all the desirable areas, and the heat feature is very nice. Time, heat, and pressure settings give you a good control over the unit. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is durability. I've had it for less than a year and it already stopped working. Would have expected it to last longer like most electric devices. The unit lights turn on, but the massage won't start like it used to. Tried everything recommended in the troubleshooting section and no luck getting it to work again. Unit stays in the TV room and we won't have pets or anything else at home that could have damaged it.

Just make sure if you purchase to know the warranty is only 30 days. We had it at about the year point and it stopped Heating, Compression, and timer. The only think it will do now is Kneading. The buttons don’t work anymore either so we have to unplug it to stop the kneading. We super enjoyed it while it was working and did its job super well. I would have expected that it being $100 would have lasted longer than a year with only using it a couple of times per week.
