I was only able to fit 2 ribs max on the pit boss but with this I can fit up to 4 of them evenly spaced. It’s awesome! Who doesn’t want more smoked ribs?!

Bought this for my small Kamado grill due to it's limited cooking area. This rack fits and I can get two slabs in a small area. Only problem I had with it is the racks weren't quite wide enough to easily rotate the baby back ribs which have a lot of curvature in them.

I got this for my husband to use with his Traeger. It works fabulously. He can do 4 to 5 racks of ribs at a time and have room for other items in the smoker. He loves it. Well made and functional. Easy clean up. We love to find ribs on sale and cook several slabs. We then vacuum seal them and have them to thaw and reheat, as needed. Also great when we are feeding a large crowd.

We just got a new gas smoker and were very eager to try this out! Very simple, but sturdy design. Normally when we cook ribs, they are wrapped in tin foil and later flipped. It wasn’t easier to handle flipping being sideways, however, the major plus came when we realized just how many we can cook at once now! It evenly cooked the meat too, and we were pleased with the outcome. All of our neighbors were too since we could make enough meat to share with a big crowd ;) We also loved the handles on the side, made carrying easy and saved time from going back and forth. It’s very sturdy! Don’t worry, no meat was dropped during our test run. lol. You can see in the picture how well it fits in our standard size smoker (racks not in yet). These have simplified our smoking process a ton. Oh, and we got to throw it in the dishwasher after - my favorite part hands down.

I purchased this because my stainless steel rib racks kept getting rust on them. First time I forgot to coat this rack with Pam spray to stop it from sticking. Amazingly, when I took the ribs out and turned them over, they came right out without sticking to the rack. After I flipped them over and cooked them for a while, I took them off the rack and again and they slid right out without sticking. This rack is extremely easy to clean and the food just wipes right off. The rack is very sturdy for 5 racks of ribs and the wire is thick. I found no defects on it whatsoever. The handles at the end make it easy to pick up the rack from your grill and transport them to the kitchen. A black enamel is a great idea over stainless steel. This rib rack will definitely last a lot longer than my other ones have. Excellent product.

My ribs were thick and the rub peeled off while trying to fit them in place. If the ribs aren’t trimmed to the length of the holder they are falling this way and that and cook unevenly. I had a lot of people to cook for and thought that it would make it easier for maximizing the space in my smoker. I should have tried it and experimented with it before the big dinner. I had to much meat in this for the proper amount of space for good air flow. Unless your ribs are thin it’s best to use every other slot.
