I rode this bike almost all summer and yes in the trails too! Sometimes I stop to see if everything is still good and yes it’s strong and takes a beating in the rocks and rough terrain. I had wanted to take videos but maybe next summer. I will also change the handle bar. Customer service is fast and very reliable. For their price they are perfect. You should not demand too much because surely some of its components will break. is more for a quiet walk, nothing demanding, its brakes sound something strange but they do their job

Though it was easy to assemble, its build quality is awful. The seat is very uncomfortable and rigid while being angled upward. The petals become loose after only a few petals, even after an extreme tightening of the bolts. Additionally the instructions that came with the bike were for some children’s bike. This is an excellent bike for the money. It rides smooth, has a good looking frame, and the 29” wheels and tires are great. The shifters and mechanical disc brakes are not high-end (as expected) but totally work well. A few downsides: The assembly “instructions” are kind of a joke - you are better off looking at a few YouTube videos. The front tire was mounted backwards (directional tread) easily fixable. The brakes and derailers needed a fair amount of adjustment/tweaking but it wasn’t too tricky. Really the biggest issue is that 1st gear (and maybe 2nd gear) aren’t usable - the chain rubs the rear tire. These are very low gears - you likely won’t ever need them but it still is a bit strange to have an unusable gear. Overall I’m very impressed with the value of this bike and would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget and is ok doing a few bike adjustments. ... show more
