Excellent Recessed TV Box for a Clean Installation
Size: 17"
I used the Mount-It! PRO 17" Recessed TV Box for a wall-mounted TV project, and it helped create a very clean, professional-looking installation. The recessed design keeps power and AV connections hidden behind the TV, allowing it to sit closer to the wall and eliminating visible cable clutter. The box is well-built, provides plenty of interior space, and was straightforward to install. I had multiple HDMI cables, power cords, and network cables to manage, and everything fit without issue. The finished result looks much cleaner and more organized than a standard setup. The only suggestion I would offer is regarding the cable covers. For larger cable bundles like mine, the individual openings were a bit restrictive. A single longer slit or more flexible opening design might make routing multiple cables even easier. That said, it didn't take away from the overall functionality or quality of the product. Overall, this is a great solution for anyone looking to achieve a polished, in-wall TV installation. It does exactly what it's designed to do, and I'm very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended!

Great Media Box for Samsung’s The Frame TV
Size: 17"
I just purchased Samsung’s The Frame TV, and didn’t realize that the One Connect unit was so large. My original in-wall media box wasn’t big enough to accommodate the One Connect, so I purchased the Mount-It PRO. This TV box is large enough, and has great adjustable brackets to hold everything in place. It also has plenty of ventilation holes to make sure the equipment doesn’t overheat. I like the way it looks, and that it is completely invisible behind the TV. It was also a good value compared to other comparable units.

Easy to Install and Makes for a Much Cleaner TV Setup
Size: 9"
Pros Included template makes cutting the opening easy Straightforward installation Fits securely in the wall Plenty of internal mounting options Good size for hiding smaller electronics and cables Solid overall quality Ventilated cover Creates a much cleaner wall-mounted TV installation Good value for a complete recessed enclosure Cons Requires cutting a fairly large opening in the wall, so careful placement is important This is a well-designed media box that does exactly what I wanted. The template takes most of the guesswork out of installation, the box feels sturdy once mounted, and there are plenty of options inside for securing and organizing equipment. It provides a clean way to keep devices and wiring hidden behind a wall-mounted TV while still allowing access when needed. For the quality, ease of installation, and finished appearance, I think it's a good value.

Doesn’t work if you need to mount an electrical receptacle in the media box
Size: 9"
Works well for cable management, but Fails if you need to also mount an electrical outlet in the in-wall media box. After visiting the big box retailers and a search online, you are not able to find an electrical receptacle box that will fit the plastic electrical outlet cut-out dimensions. The receptacle cut-out is oversized for any current metal or plastic outlet box. I had to go with a Sanus in-wall media box instead, the Sanus comes with an electrical receptacle kit that fits their in-wall media box.
