Traxxas Sledge 1/8 Scale 6s Brushless Monster Truck (Orange)

The 70+ mph Sledge is built to exceed your expectations for quality, toughness, and fun. The rock-solid chassis, massive steel driveline, ferocious 6s power, and race-inspired handling leave everything else in the dust. Sledge sets a new standard for strength with its triangulated aluminum chassis design, multi-point composite truss system, and innovative full-length T-Bar chassis stiffener. Sledge parts are beautifully integrated, formed, and assembled with strict tolerances for greater strength and precision. Overall fit, finish, and attention to detail are superb. Massive steel gears and 4-gear differentials transfer Sledge’s ferocious power to high-strength steel driveshafts with heavy-duty CV joints protected by grease boots. The VXL-6s is tuned specifically for the 2000 Kv motor to deliver substantially more power for increased mid-range punch and hard-charging acceleration you can see and feel. Sledge is the only truck in its class with a properly sized, 6s-capable driveline. Bigger gears. More steel. Basically bombproof. Combined with its HD suspension arms, high-strength aluminum chassis, and powerful high-voltage metal-gear servo, Sledge smashes the status quo to be the new standard for extreme durability. Belted Sledgehammer tires deliver game-changing stability and control whether you’re slinging mud or setting speed records. The wide, open-block tread design won’t clog up and the lightweight belting maintains the tire’s shape. Sledge’s high-performance servo delivers massive torque (486 oz-in @7.2V) for extreme steering authority. An all-metal gear train and aluminum center case ensure durable and reliable performance. Sledge secures its 2000 Kv brushless motor in place with a wrap-around aluminum cradle to eliminate all flex points. Built-in bosses make it easy to attach an accessory cooling fan on top of the cradle. Sledge’s shock towers are cut from thick 5 mm 6061-T6 aluminum for extreme strength and brilliantly anodized in eye-catching colors. The rigid shock towers tie directly into the center brace for bulletproof strength and durability.
