My son got this bike for Christmas, it has been nothing my issue after issue. The chain was messed up and a piece broken from the start. We had to bring it to our local E-bike store to figure how to fix it. It continued giving problems with a faulty throttle that also had to be replaced. We waited for 5 weeks for the part to come in from the manufacturer because it was “back ordered” . It’s currently March and my son has had the bike longer in the shop than actually able to ride it. I do not recommend this brand. Update* it’s march 27 and the bike is back in the shop with what is being described as short circuited battery that has melted the parts. It’s now needs a $300 battery that is not covered under warranty. I’m now done with this bike and cutting my loses. My son’s $1200 presents that is 3.5 months old is trash. ... show more

My son was so excited for this bike he’s been waiting years for. I finally was able to get it for him for Christmas. We get it and it was missing bolds to hold the plate on that’s pretty important. If it falls off the bike won’t go. So we had to zip tie it on bc it has special type of clips/bolts for it. The handle bars won’t stay tighten so his handlebars come off every time he rides it! Took it somewhere and they said the bolts are striped in the metal frame. Not sure how we can fix that bc it’s not the actual bolts that need replaced. From day 1 that’s been happening. Sometimes he’s riding it and the breaks just lock up! For $1300 bike I didn’t think I have so many issues! ... show more
