Whoever knows Plantronics headsets, they know that are excellent for their sound quality, lightweight and appearance. One favorite feature is the sliding power button. Nowadays Plantronics has stopped making headsets and only older models might be available. I have been searching for a replacement, I ordered a few from different manufactures but I returned all of them due to the poor sound quality. Finally I found an excellent replacement that so far has exceeded my expectations and is ta totally underrated product that is not advertised well. Motorola has a huge experience in transistors and that was the main reason I wanted to give it a try. It is a beautiful product, with a USB-C port, a sliding power button, lightweight and superior sound quality for both sides. There is hardly anything to more to ask for. The only cons I would mention is the touch main button that needs some time to get used to it, instead of a physical button.     • Longest possible range blue tooth in a compact package and it will work while wearing hearing aids.
I’ve been using Motorola BlueTooth headsets for many years. I favor the long range (330 feet, but in practice when used with a shorter range phone (33 feet) operating range is closer to 100 feet). This one still works well, but I’ve been disappointed with this, the latest design iteration. It has shorter talk time, the single button volume control is difficult to use, the ear hooks don’t last nearly a long as the older versions and are not as comfortable. The single tap on the surface will answer or hang up a phone call. I’d prefer an actual micro switch so that I can adjust it in my ear without accidentally hanging up on someone. Even with these disadvantages, two features make it a must have for me: 330 feet range and since I wear hearing aids, the ear hook mades it one of the few that I work for me. ... show more

I can hear but they hear me very low Like I have the headset 1 meter far from me. The worst is that I bought it in Europe through Amazon and it is not supported here

    • Technology good, design has annoying flaws
The sound quality and battery life have been very good. HOWEVER, the piece that goes over the ear is surprisingly difficult to put on (for such a simple component), and it is uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. Further, any slight touch to the entire earpiece answers or hangs up. You cannot adjust it on your ear during a call without it hanging itself up. This is especially annoying since the thing is so uncomfortable to wear. And very easy to accidentally hang up simply by having one's hand in the vicinity of your ear. Really poor design, unlike the many Motorola earpieces I have had for many years; they were easy to put on, comfortable, and accidentally hanging up was not a problem. Good sound, very good noise filtering. I don't appreciate the touch activation, it's easy to close a call while touching your hair. I prefer the click activation

Very simple to connect. Talktime is around 3 hours. To answer and hang up calls is done easily by gently touching the earpiece, no need to press a button anymore. Quality of call is great. What you would expect from Motorola.

    • Very Basic functions
Doesn't let you know how much talk time is left as opposed to Peletronics devices. No return call feature, activate call button does not work properly. Volume control button does not adjust volume fully. Just okay for the price.

I haven't had it that long yet so this review could change but so far I have been very pleased with this bluetooth! I wouldn't say that this is the best earpiece I've ever had but for it's price it's pretty terrific. It's loud enough for most things to be nice and clear under most any condition (not quite loud enough on everything every time, but close), it does very well on call quality, and it's very simply to use. Although I know sometimes this changes with use the battery life and charge times have so far been great! A full charge (which doesn't take very long) has so far lasted almost constant use for up to about 9-10 hours. Overall at about $45 I can highly recommend this one personally! ... show more
