I got the lock and thought it might help prevent a theft. My bike is nearly 800lbs wet, so no one is throwing it in the back of their truck. Figured stopping a wheel would work. I had an accident on the bike about a week ago. Locked her up with this lock while I went to the hospital. Since then, tow drivers with special equipment and mechanics have had a terrible time moving the bike around. We’re talking people with equipment and skills in a safe environment can’t get the lock off or move the bike without cutting the brake lever. Forget about a thief with makeshift tools on the fly. It’s durable, HEAVY in the hand. You can put it on in a minute and it fits easily in your saddle bag or jacket pocket. Even has a little cable lock for your helmet. All in all it’s amazing and the best few bucks I spent to protect my bike. Now if I could avoid crashing, we’d be great ... show more
