I liked the great value compared to the reasonable cost. Both are great pluses. I’m trying this in my water softener for the first time. I live in rural FL. The places that do happen to deliver salt. Are very, very expensive. I have had to go w/o salt bc of the expense. But I have a skin condition and I’m on a well. So my hard water really affects my skin condition.With salt, my skin is a lot less dry. I also use less soaps, shampoo and laundry detergent. ... show more

It was a little pricey compared to Costco but I wasn't able to get there and needed these. I only use this brand in my softener so I am definitely pleased.
