The media could not be loaded. I did not buy this to mount on a shed or pool barn. I purchased to use around the shop and under/ in my truck when I need a “massive amount” of light. It is amazing. I really like how white and clean the light actually is. Also it’s LED so minimum to no heat. After all that it’s built like a tank. I already dropped, the metal case protected the glass, not chips or cracks. I am really happy with the light. I may but another and permanently mount to to and arm over my work bench. I purchased two of these to combat SAD in the wintertime. They're extremely bright for my room. That said, they are rated by the manufacturer as 400W a piece. I have them on a Kill-A-Watt meter right now and they haven't topped 205W per panel. Disappointing to say the least. This means that if they were supposed to be outputting 40000 lumens at 400W, they're actually only 20000 lumen panels. As long as that's what you're expecting, they're quite bright and I'm a fan of the mounting hardware and passive (no fan) cooling. That said, I ordered these because I expected 400W panels, not 200W. For that reason, I would not buy again. Sellers need to market honestly. This is like buying a footlong sub and getting a 6 inch sub in the bag. If both panels I purchased are faulty and the seller wishes to get a better review, I'm happy to try out a replacement with the Kill-A-Watt meter. Update: The seller reached out and provided another light, completely free of charge. This panel is the 600w version and when I run it on the Kill-A-Watt, shows a draw of 359w. I'm still disappointed that the lights have the incorrect wattage specs and corresponding deficiencies in the power as stated, but they ARE incredibly bright nevertheless and they function to do the job well for which I purchased them. This, coupled with the fact that the seller has enough of a commitment to do what they could to make it right leads me to change my review and add an additional 2 stars. ... show more

I bought the 200w version as an alternative to a commercial light therapy device used to combat "winter blues". Measurements of most commercial light therapy devices show the fall far short of their brightness claims and well under the 10k lux brightness used in light therapy studies. This floodlight is cheaper and _way_ brighter meaning you don't have to sit close to it for a therapeutic amount of light. It's a nice bright white color and I find it really helps perk me up on dark northern winter days. I just set it on a stand on my desk 3-4ft away while I work in the morning. ... show more

I have two of these lights, and they are awesome! The one in the pictures is the 200W version and is incredibly bright. The 300W version takes it a step further. I am using these lights to light up an outdoor sport court that I am installing. This is a 50'x35' court, and the picture I shared shows how much the 200W lights up the court at night at 8 feet high. I have permanently installed a 300W version about 18 feet up in one of my trees, and it lights it even more. With both, its going to be like playing in the daytime! Either one of these lights give great visibility for night games. I needed something really strong to light up the court, and these exactly did the trick! I love them! ... show more

2 of these lights "popped" within 3 minutes of install. Note the burn marks on the edge of the LED board. 1 started with only half the LED's lit. I learned the hard way (up and down on ladders, disconnecting, testing, reinstalling a replacement ) to plug in the lights and let them sit for 5 min BEFORE preparing to install. I made the mistake of waiting until I could arrange for an electrician to assist with the install until AFTER the return window was closed. If the seller is able to arrange for "tested/proven" replacements or offers a refund, I will change the review to reflect a positive customer service experience. It is probably not their fault since these lights are made in China and they are middlemen. ... show more

This light is blindingly bright. Shining it though a window gave the appearance of actual direct sun beams flooding the room. Used it for real estate videography and photography and it was perfect. I'm not sure how much it would heat up with long time use as it was quite warm when I unplugged it after 20 min of use. Other grips I had were that the cord was really short (like < 3ft) and there was no dimming function. Depending on your application, the dimming feature would be nice as the light was too bright to use in smaller spaces or for furniture/item photography. ... show more

Holy SCHNIKES this thing is bright! I use it for a temporary work light on a 45 foot boom lift and it lights up the entire equipment yard. Actually a little more than I had been looking for as far as brightness, but I would rather that than to be wishing I had bought a brighter light. Hope it lasts awhile. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the way it is assembled it is impossible to change out the cord and it is a bit short. I used a short extension cord but that is 10 times longer than it needs to be as I only needed a few more inches on the cord. Really a minor issue. ... show more
