I got this to take my kitten to the vet in. I like it a lot. It is roomy for her and I know it will stay good for a while for her before I need to look into bigger sizes. I like having the options of the shoulder strap or handles too. The carrier does not collapse when carrying if you have the bed inside of it. If not it does cave in (we had to move our chunky cat to a new apartment and she didn't like the bed). The only things I would be aware of are: 1. it has a plastic smell when first opening. It needs to be aired out (all parts). and 2. there isn't a large pocket. It was okay to keep her treat pouch and a can of kitten food, but was a bit of a squeeze. I loved the carrier. I got a medium and it's a nice spacey size. Great material. I like that there's an actual bed which is also attached via velcro so easy to remove and wash. I like that you can carry it in hand or attach the comfy strap to put around your shoulder. I like that your pet can get in from either side, or from the top. I like how it zippers closed to be secure. The reason for my 4 star review instead of 5 is due to the travel bowl coming broken, and the company not willing to provide another one. I got the medium bag, it’s soft and flexible. Fits right under the airplane seat. Only issue is it crushes in at the top if your carrying it over the shoulder. When you put it down you’ll need to pull to top back out to give the dog room again. The bottom stay wide though. It’s very easy to carry. Small dogs don’t protest when this occurs but can be irritating to a larger dog. The construction is good, but it lacks that support needed in the top to stop the top of the carrier from squeezing in. I carry mostly by the handle and not the shoulder strap, so I guess you could say it’s not a deal breaker. It also works great as a car dog seat and you can leash your dog to the carrier to stop the possibility of the dog jumping out. I would buy it again.. ... show more

This serves as carrier for our (now) 3 month old Corgi pup. We bought it right after we adopted her and have gotten A LOT of use out of it. We didn't rate it 5 stars on all categories because the safety clip on the inside is too short and not adjustable. The material looks very nice but is not too sturdy. Her little nails have made little dents on the inside. She only weighs 12lbs. She also has chewed on the mesh but that is not the product fault. I love this for my small dog prince, it small and fits right under the seat on the air plane, he loves it very comfortable, and the side pockets and water bowel, and snap on leach collar inside comes in handy when you want to leave the front flap unzipped. Great product thank you......

I bought this carrier because I recently had to do a long distance move and this really came in handy whenever I needed to take my cat out of the car. I purchased the large size because I wanted something that had enough room for my cat to lay down, stretch her legs, and move around in. She’s still just a kitten so I expect she’ll grow enough to fill up the carrier eventually. The design on the bag is pretty nice quality and it blends in really nicely in public so it just looks like I’m carrying a duffle bug. All the handles and features on this carrier are great. The most useful features are the slit for putting the carrier on a suitcase/seatbelt and the side pocket which fit some papers, treats, and my phone. My 16 lb cat fit in this carrier. I did have to carry from the bottom, due to my cat's size. I appreciate having the seat belt strap area for the carrier. The product is well made and worked perfectly.

Lady is 16 lbs and a larger carrier would be better but this will fit under seat for flying. She's standing in this pic. We haven't traveled with it yet but I think this is doable for her - she doesn't hate it and she hates every carrier!
