We have now owned this couch for 8 months and I feel it is the appropriate time to rate review. It took us some time to find the right couch for our household, we have 2 cats and 2 dogs. To say there are occasional messes is an understatement and we needed a couch that would be easily washable while also being comfortable and nice. This couch is amazing because it the most simple put together couch I have ever owned or seen. You can arrange this couch however you would like, every part of the couch cover is removeable and washable. I can not tell you how much this has saved us time and money on cleaning supplies. The linen blend also provides a really nice feel to the skin. I run very warm and do not like hot couches. I only rated this couch a 4 as it is not the most comfortable couch. The cushions are not made of anything special but they have held up there shape well and are a nice thickness. I often will swap cushions around to keep them from looking "favorited". If you are someone who likes a couch that feels like a bed or sinks when you sit down this isn't your couch. Thankfully we aren't a couple that lives on the couch so this couch really does provide us with what we need.

The built-in storage has been perfect for our family board games and blankets, and being a dog owner having every inch of cloth be removable and machine washable has been a blessing! I’m really impressed with this macy sofa! The order arrived quickly—within just a few days—and was packaged securely in 5 separate boxes. The packaging was sturdy and well-organized. Three of the boxes contained the armless storage modules, one box had the armrest set, and the last box held the ottoman. I really appreciated how well everything was packed, especially the cushions, covers, and hardware, all of which were safely stored inside the sofa itself to prevent damage. Putting the sofa together was a breeze. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I was able to assemble it myself without any trouble. The design is sleek, modern, and fits perfectly in my living room. I also love the Velcro strips that keep the seat cushions securely in place. With dogs in the house, this is a huge plus—there’s no worry of the cushions sliding off or being pulled out when the dogs jump on or off the sofa, or when I lift the lid to access the storage space. The fabric feels durable and is easy to maintain—the color also hides dog hair really well! The cushions are comfortable yet provide great support. The storage compartments are fantastic for keeping blankets, cushions, dog toys, and even exercise equipment out of sight. This has really helped clear up some clutter in my living space. I would give zero stars if I could DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH. This is the worst couch I’ve ever sat on in my life. It’s so uncomfortable. The back is too short. The seats are not comfortable at all. The material is not great. I requested a refund, but unfortunately this item was unable to be picked up from me, even though it’s a couch I was supposed to return it to an Amazon location to have it shipped. So unhappy with his purchase every time I sit on the couch I’m reminded how awful this couches don’t do it. I would give zero stars if I could now I’m stuck with this couch for at least the next three years and it’s not even worth $500. Crap

Customer service was top notch for a digital and online brand. Very responsive. Modular sectional was comfortable for an out of box option. Not horrible hard to set up, once you learn to set up one, the rest are easy. The storage option was a huge bonus with these. Velvet texture was smooth. Sofa is a bit still because of the seat cushion on a frame vs spring but still had space for softness. Modular element was perfect on these.

Love the size of the couch, but my concern with ordering something online is how comfortable will it be. I let the cushions “breathe” for two days before putting covers on. Still not much padding bc each separate console has a storage bin underneath so no springs or extra cushioning. Great storage and I like how I’m able to rearrange the pieces around with the two ottomans.
