The faux leather recliner has a clean design and feels comfortably soft. It is a mid-size chair and is not as bulky as other recliners in the market. Cushions are firm and the trims smooth. The packaging was good. Even though the box sustained signs of rough handling, contents inside were protected and in good condition. The unboxing and setup process took no more than 15 minutes. I was so excited to get this chair. The chair looks very high end compared to other sleeper chairs on Amazon. The color, fabric, and aesthetic are great! However, there seems to be a major design flaw: the track on the actual chair is narrower than the sliding mechanism on the footrest part. It’s almost impossible to attach the footrest without forcing and scraping the hardware. I just reached out to the company for assembly help, so I’ll update my review when I hear back from them. I tried a lot of troubleshooting (ie: loosening & readjusting screws) so hopefully I’m missing something that the company can help clarify. I’ve seen a few influencers promote this chair recently.
