When I tried for the first time with dry hair, it would not let me pull my hair back out. I had to cut it off because I was smelling burning hair after only a few seconds. I was the able to pull small clumps from it. I didn't read that it for for only dry hair or I wouldn't have bought it at all. I was looking for a hair dryer that smoothed and curled. All I got was something that got caught in my hair and burned it. The one I had before, lasted 5 years. To bad it got discontinued. It was awesome.

I like that this product comes with two different barrel sizes and an instruction sheet. It's simple to use. The thing I like best is the plain dryer nozzle. This allows me to use this as a normal dryer but it's really super lightweight and just straight instead of the L bend that we're all used to with a standard dryer. This might be good for a person who doesn't have the flexibility or strength in the arms that they used to for that reason. All the functions worked on this great and it was easy to use. For me, I didn't really care for the rotation feature because I have thin fine hair that tends to tangle easily, but for a different type of hair that's thicker than mine I can see that being a good feature. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were multiple grammatical errors in the instruction sheet and on the box. I know a lot of people may not agree, but that's simple quality control, so it makes me a little hesitant as to the quality. But, I like the device and everything worked.

I used it 3 times only on my bangs and it stop working I’m so sad cause I liked how easy it was to use but I can’t believe it stop working so fast and I didn’t even do my whole head

Handle is too big around to hold, heavyweight, not easy to use, especiallyif you have small hands. The buttons are to far up on handle (close to brush part) making it hard to use/see buttons location and the direction you want. I have shoulder length hair and used the small brush and it wasn't rotating good even using small sections of hair. If you hit the wrong button for direction of rational (bc too far up to see the rotating direction) you can get your caught. I have to add I used small sections when using it on damp hair. Honestly a normal curling iron would be better (for me).

I have fine, thin, mid length hair with bangs that need to be dried and styled right away out of the shower or they will dry naturally looking crazy. This brush dryer works really well for my hair. I’ve tried both attachments, and I prefer the bigger one - I feel like it’s too easy to get carried away and get my hair all tangled up in the smaller brush. It took me a little bit to get comfortable with the buttons for rotation simply because I haven’t used a product like this before, but I’m used to it now and like it. It makes drying and styling my hair super quick and easy, and I feel like my hair looks better when using this product vs a blow dryer and round brush. Overall, I’m really happy with the product.
