EDIT: After this issue I contacted the company and explained the situation to them and they were very understanding and prompt with their replies. They offered to send a whole new product or a refund. I choose to take the refund cause it costed me more to get it installed and they very graciously complied. At the end of the day maybe the one I received had a manufacturing defect but the way the company handled it was worthy of 5 stars. Would definitely recommend it to others! I REALLY wanted to love this but unfortunately 3 out of the 6 rings (the largest of the 6) were very crooked and very visibly damaged. I could only see and realize that when the electricians had already started installation and it was too late to go through the whole return process and mind you the installation costed my more than the actual price to this item. The entire process took two people, two ladders and 8 hours to do the entire thing, because even the circuit was a little messed up at first and my electrician ended up soldering a few connections to make it work. But even after all that time and MONEY, it was so crooked that I takes away from the actual beauty of this piece 😭 I contacted the customer service and they suggested to get the electrician to tighten the screws and try a few trucks but not only did that not work it costed me more money wasted. I really wanted to love this but now I have to live with a crooked damaged piece at the very entrance of my house. ... show more

It is a beautiful chandelier with option to change the lighting color , which makes it suitable for different ambience. Very modern and elegant looking chandelier. Only downside is the assembly which is time consuming resulting in an increased labor cost to install it. But once installed it is a stunning addition. Mooni lighting went out of their way to deliver the product in time for us to move in, inspite of the supply chain delays by shippers. A trust worthy supplier. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are so beautiful! I put two of them in my Great Room and absolutely love them!! Just make sure you don't get the wires tangled, other than that, it's not that hard to install, my husband and I did it together.
