I am 4' 11.5" tall and needed/wanted a bicycle that would fit me & I could touch the ground when I stopped, and this bike is perfect. I love the color and have received compliments on it. The seat gets hard after about 30 minutes of riding and is rough on your bottom. I love the basket, however the tubing wrapped around the basket frame started unwrapping after one ride. My husband (who is mechanically inclined & fixes things) did the assembly of the bicycle and some of the instructions could've had better explanation, more detailed and with more or better pictures of the placing of parts. He did get it & then had to tweak/adjust some of the already assembled parts. Overall after my husband finished the assembly and adjustments, I love the bicycle. I will look for a more comfortable seat & replace the one that came on it, but I still love the bike. ... show more

All the spokes -both wheels - need to be readjusted, tightened and properly placed. The brake pads are of very poor quality and will need to be replaced. However, the bike design is good and the frame well made.

Update: unable to ahift gears on the bike. I purchased this bike because the weight capacity is 350lbs. I’m beneath that, but this bike is not capable of supporting 350 lb comfortably. You can see the strain on the tires which will also cause mote struggle with riding. It is a cute bike though and if you weigh closer to 300 I would recommend it, but if you are in the 330-350 range, keep looking. ... show more
