This light is for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK 4 door. I purchased two of them to go on the area above the fenders of the rear tires. There was room for the 20" light but that seemed to be more light than what I needed. I chose this brand of light to match a 7" LED Work Light also made by the same manufacturer. The 7" light is attached to a mount in the center of my spare tire. I have had the 7" light for several years and have had no problems with it even though it is constantly exposed to the weather.. So it seems that this is a reliable and well made light. I did take the original light apart one time to clean condensation from the inside of the lens. I chose a spot light for this location because I often need extra light at the back of my Jeep when I am working on something at night. When I purchased the 7" light it came with the wiring harness. This one did not come with the harness. Possibly there was an option for that but I did not see it on Amazon. It is easy enough to purchase a harness but the one that I needed is being sent from China. I have no problem with it coming from China except that it is taking from 3 - 5 weeks to get here. I use the switch panel that mounts on the column by the drivers left hand. I have one switch position left open and so I needed a switch relay that has two outputs to control dual lights at the same time. I have been planning to place lights in these locations for some time and so having to wait several weeks is not a problem. I will be adding pictures in the future. ... show more

Put this light on the front of an old Express duck boat and it is pretty bright for its size. I recommend this light for the front of a duck boat that has a v-hull, or semi v-hull. If it is put on a flat bottom boat with a wider more square front then I would get a 22 inch. I put the Nilight 22 inch 27000 lm led bar on the front of a flat bottom and it is the best light bar that I have seen yet, I can easily see several hundred yards, and it is very bright! But if the front of the boat is a v-hull or a semi v-hull with a smaller spot to put a light bar on the front then I would get this one. I also like this light because of the side mounting brackets, they are very easy to mount into the front of a boat with some self tapping metal to metal screws. ... show more

I bought these to replace the blazer brand lights that burned out after 8 months. They go through a lot of abuse. I’ve had good luck with these. They work great for the work truck and light up the area.
