My wife is enjoying her bike. We are both 72 and she is a bit unstable on two wheels so she has transitioned to a trike. She is still learning the bike with brakes and speed control (Peddle assist) I must emphasize to other seniors to take it slow at first with corners and compensating for rear wheel position. You can not “hug” the side of the street with the trike. It’s a very sturdy and well made bike and fairly easy to complete assembly. I would highly rate this bike. What a fun bike! I've had it about six months now and absolutely love it! My husband was able to put it together with ease, and it went together relatively quick. It took me a bit to get used to taking corners and the pedal assist, but now that I'm used to it, I don't know how I ever rode without it! I was unsteady on a two-wheeled bike and missed the joy of riding. At first, I was a little self-conscious of needing the trike, but I love it so much that it no longer bothers me. I have a a bike wagon that I use to bring my grandkids on rides and they love it, also! The battery lasts a good while, too! The quality of the trike is impressive. Feels safe and solid. Easy to assemble. I live in a lake community and feel like the bell of the ball driving around the lake. I use it to go grocery shopping, drive down to my boat, the beach and the trails. Goes pretty fast and the battery lasts a long time.

Received this about a week ago and these are my thoughts after week one. So much fun! This one folds, so it was super easy to assemble. The size is great, I'm 5'4" and my daughter is 4'9" and we can both ride comfortably. We take trails, some dirt and it rides awesome on both, including roads. I do wish the blinkers were on the front as well, just for more safety but I'm happy that we have them on the back! My daughter bought her own and we take them out nightly. Last night, we rode for a little over 2 hours and mine was close to dead but we averaged about 4 miles, so I'm confused on why the battery drained so fast. Definitely worth the money. We will be using them for a couple more weeks to just make sure we are still in long with them and we will invest in review mirror! I love the colors! Mine is the Orange (or Cinnamon) and my daughter has the robin egg blue one. Love that they have 2 baskets too, we have room for our dogs (eventually) and bags and drinks to take along as well. I will update after I've had it for a few weeks but so far, I'm in love. (I do feel the fenders are a bit flimsy and my daughters dented fairly easy, our fault they dented but I don't feel they should have but does not affect how the bike rides) Love the 3 wheels as I am getting older and don't have to worry about balancing or putting my feet down at every corner. ... show more

My trike is just what an old man needs. Much safer than 2 wheels, more stable. Use it camping and such fun. One charge lasts me over 50 miles and Im a big guy. Delivered in one box. Packed so we'll had no issues with damage on bent parts. No missing parts. Easy assembly. James James

    • Worst customer support ever!!

I wish there was a way to rate this minus stars. We received our trike in early January and after riding it twice the throttle stopped working. That was over two months ago. We contacted the seller for support and have been jumping through their hoops ever since. They send troubleshooting instructions but nothing works. Then they asks us to video our troubleshooting step. Next they ordered a replacement throttle which took almost 3 weeks to get here. We replaced it and still no magic. Now they’ve sent more troubleshooting instructions and asked that we video the steps. Really? I believe they are stalling waiting for the warranty to expire. They ask us to troubleshoot and send videos of the steps we take. Unfortunately the video files are too large to email or attach to an Amazon message. Do yourself a favor AND DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! We are out $1500 and still cannot ride the trike after two months of trying to resolve the problem. We can’t even return the trike.
