The media could not be loaded.     • Very nice tricycle with great customer support.
The bike needs to be assembled. Most of the bike is complete. You have to put on the wheels and handlebars and several other items. It took a few hours to complete. After assembly I took it out for a ride and was very happy with the quality. However the battery life was not as expected. I communicated with them and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another battery and charger at no cost. The range was still not what I expected but with an extra battery, the range is acceptable. My joy was with the customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and tried to help fix my issue to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how well they handled my issue. I ride nearly every day and have put over a thousand miles on the bike. I highly recommend this trike. ... show more

Very hard to assemble, our rear wheel mount came bent had to bend it back straight to work. Battery assembly very difficult. (Watched assembly video over n over). Battery brackets wouldn't lock down from being misaligned. Over all it's very fun to ride. You can use manually or with the battery to help get you up hills. ... show more

Love this trike. I got the orange and it is striking! Took me a little time to get used to it, but it’s been fun. My brother put it together for me. He thought it was pretty easy and most all of the tools needed for assembly were included.

After finding an electrical connection that I missed, everything works fine. It feels stable, easily pedals without PAS. Using the display is easy. Lots of great features such as strong headlamp and taillights, a horn, turn signals. Even has throttle and cruise control features. The front and rear baskets will be handy. Seat is comfortable. There are lots of great videos on the internet about assembling and using this trike. Take time to learn all about the trike and how to use it safely. This trike is great! ... show more

    • Great ride
The trike is perfect for anyone with balance issues and weak legs. I'm 66 and my legs are not what they used to be. There's a slight learning curve getting used to it, but after that its fun to ride. I would recommend Mooncool to anyone.
