After finding an electrical connection that I missed, everything works fine. It feels stable, easily pedals without PAS. Using the display is easy. Lots of great features such as strong headlamp and taillights, a horn, turn signals. Even has throttle and cruise control features. The front and rear baskets will be handy. Seat is comfortable. Literally like learning how to ride a bike all over again but figured it out pretty quickly… customer service was very helpful in getting a new wheel being that the front wheel motor didn’t work on the one sent… very important to look up tire sizes and psi for future reference but very fun bike. Easy to accessorize and upgrade parts like seats/handelbars, even got an awning for it. ... show more

Do not purchase this bike! The bike lasted two months before it stopped working. The only customer support is via a Facebook page. Calling, emailing... none of it works, and although they respond to instant messaging, they don't follow through with action. I have been waiting since July for replacement parts to fix a problem that is happening because of terrible engineering. Unfortunately, this purchase has been a waste of money! ... show more

    • Very nice tricycle with great customer support.
The bike needs to be assembled. Most of the bike is complete. You have to put on the wheels and handlebars and several other items. It took a few hours to complete. After assembly I took it out for a ride and was very happy with the quality. However the battery life was not as expected. I communicated with them and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another battery and charger at no cost. The range was still not what I expected but with an extra battery, the range is acceptable. My joy was with the customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and tried to help fix my issue to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how well they handled my issue. I ride nearly every day and have put over a thousand miles on the bike. I highly recommend this trike. ... show more
