Very hard to assemble, our rear wheel mount came bent had to bend it back straight to work. Battery assembly very difficult. (Watched assembly video over n over). The media could not be loaded. I was pretty impressed that it came sooner than I had expected, took a long time to put together with my work schedule and all, hoping to use it for work once it stops raining. It's a nice trike, semi easy to build, and it looks like it's going to be fun to ride. The instructions could be a little more... elaborate! ... show more

    • Very nice tricycle with great customer support.
The bike needs to be assembled. Most of the bike is complete. You have to put on the wheels and handlebars and several other items. It took a few hours to complete. After assembly I took it out for a ride and was very happy with the quality. However the battery life was not as expected. I communicated with them and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another battery and charger at no cost. The range was still not what I expected but with an extra battery, the range is acceptable. My joy was with the customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and tried to help fix my issue to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how well they handled my issue. I ride nearly every day and have put over a thousand miles on the bike. I highly recommend this trike. ... show more

The trike arrived with one petal broken and one back tire completely flat. I removed the cap and tried to pump it up, but it won’t hold any air. The back fenders were supposed to be installed and they were not. And the tools provided won’t fit in the space between the back tire and the screws used to attach them. I am just ready to give up. This is ridiculous. Still ridiculous that my trike was delivered in this condition. But after my neighbor helped me transport it to a bike shop in the back of his pickup truck where I had to pay approximately $100 for repairs and then arranging for the same neighbor to help me bring it back home, I am now pleased with the trike. It is fun to ride. There’s a bit of a learning curve to get used to the sudden acceleration, I am finally able to enjoy riding. ... show more

    • Wife can’t drive because of disability but loves this bike!
Literally like learning how to ride a bike all over again but figured it out pretty quickly… customer service was very helpful in getting a new wheel being that the front wheel motor didn’t work on the one sent… very important to look up tire sizes and psi for future reference but very fun bike. Easy to accessorize and upgrade parts like seats/handelbars, even got an awning for it. ... show more
