Got this for my girl to ride when we go camping. She likes it. The basket on the back is a joke seems they could come up with a better idea than that. I ended up useing zipties on it to keep it together. Other than that she likes it so far.

My local pro bicycle shop wanted a fortune to assemble this as i am disabled and said they are bad about missing parts not working etc. My auto mechanic had it assembled in an hour with no issues... It is difficult/dangerous to get on for me as my height is 5' and i can barely get my leg over it. It will also tip over easily if going too fast or on unlevel ground. ... show more

Love my bike. the only thing i didn't like was the metal clasps to hold the back basket together, they kept coming loose. I bought zip ties and have had no problems since.

I learned a lesson from this purchase: never buy an e-bike (or trike) on-line unless you have a reliable source for assembly. After paying $200 extra to have the trike assembled in my apartment complex by a so-called knowledgeable person, I soon found out the job had been done poorly. I am still in the process of getting the trike to a shop (rare in my parts) for proper assembly. I have no quarrel with MOONCOOL. Delivery was on time; the product was packaged well; the manual seems complete and provides clear instructions. One good outcome did result. I live in a residential community. The trike has become a community project, with several residents offering well wishes, advice, and offers to help getting the trike going! It seems to take a village.... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My wife loves the bike but the front wheel wobbles. It is not out of alignment. The front wheel is bent slightly causing the wobble. I did contact the seller and I am awaiting a resolution. I am preferring an exchange of the front wheel.

I bought this for my 82-year-old dad. For his age, he’s pretty mechanical. After three days he gave up, trying to put it together. I paid our neighbor who has 2 E-Bikes to finish putting it together. It took my Neighbor four hours. My dad truly loves the bike! Putting it together as another story.
