I’ve only had this Modular Sectional Cloud Couch for about a week, but I’m already so happy with the purchase. Delivery was smooth and the no-assembly compression design made setup incredibly easy. It expanded nicely and was ready to use without any complicated instructions or tools. Within a short time, it fluffed up beautifully and looked exactly like the photos. The comfort is what really stands out. The memory foam is soft and cozy but still supportive, so you don’t feel like you’re sinking too much. It’s perfect for lounging, movie nights, and even quick naps. We live in a compact home with several kids, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much this couch seems to absorb sound. Since adding it to our living room, the space feels less echoey and noisy. When my younger ones are napping and the toddlers are awake and running around, it helps soften the chaos. Nap time has definitely been more peaceful. It’s also very sturdy. Even with daily use and kids climbing on it, the structure feels solid and well-made. The dark grey color is beautiful, modern, rich, and goes with everything. Plus, the washable covers are a huge bonus for families. That feature alone gives me peace of mind. Customer support has also been great, responsive and helpful, which always makes a difference. Even though it’s only been a week, this couch absolutely delivers on comfort, style, and practicality. NOTE: The video is of my kicking the couch (quite aggressively) and it not moving. This was something I worried about given the other reviews but it’s sturdy even with being on my floors which are VERY SLIPPERY even in socks. BONUS: The couch comes with (is wrapped with) cloth that has an anti slip grip that can go under the couch if slipping is an issue. We haven’t used them but saved them just in case we move the couch. Definitely a must buy option if you’re on a budget!

Couch is super comfortable The size is perfect and with the flexibility of the ways to set it up makes it perfect for any room. One negative is that it isn't like a traditional couch with a wood frame so I've noticed the arms are leaning away from the seat and I'm afraid with time this may become an issue. It looks great but like other people have stated animals nails can snag the fabric but a cover can stop that. But for the price the quality is on par.

I've never bothered to write up any reviews on amazon but felt the need after this big purchase for our family, especially since I relied on other reviews pretty heavily to make my decision. Pros: -Quick delivery. (days earlier than estimated) -Popped up almost immediately for the main set up (throw pillows need more time). -Dogs, young kids, and adults all enjoy it so far. -Comfy. Equal parts firm and supportive but also cozy/comfy. -Backrest is sturdy enough to work away from the wall. -Looks nice and meets the measurements pretty exact. -Nice texture for the brown teddy velvet selection we made. -Arm rest/back sections are wide enough to put something down on like a book or cup of coffee. -No weird smells. Cons: -Shifty sectionals with wiggly kids/dogs - nothing locks them in place very well so your limbs can fall through the cracks pretty easily as you move around. (this was to be expected and doesn't bother us) -Middle sectional's back support isn't quite as sturdy as the L shaped ones (though they do line up nicely for appearance.) -If you have kids, they're going to really want to treat this thing less like furniture and more like something fun to mess with because it's lightweight enough for them to move it around and obviously a fun thing to treat like fort building material. This isn't a product problem, but something to be mindful of for parents depending on their house vibes and expectations. If things change over time I'll update this review, as we've only had it for a day. But it's exactly what the other positive reviews claimed and I'm super happy with the purchase! We're average sized adults and it supports us really well and the kids and dogs just float on top comfortably.

These couches are just as beautiful in person as they are in the photos. We all LOVE stretching out on our own couch with plenty of room. My tall teenage son and husband (over 6 foot tall) have plenty of leg room. The couch is firm and also cozy. It has much greater height than other couches I researched online before purchasing.
