These coffee stirrers are fantastic. Before I got these, I was using plastic spoons to stor my coffee. I felt that was a waste of money (since plastic spoons aren't exactly cheap) and plastic ain't exactly good for the environment. I then saw these wood storrers and they work great. Not too long and not too short. Seems like a standard size for most cups. The are not to thin either so they do feel sturdy compared to the donut shop ones. I give these 5 stars for it's price and usability. Great buy.

What can I say, it feels very decadent to be able to pull out a wood stick stir my coffee and then throw it in the trash. I can carry my cup anywhere with that stick and just find a quick way to dispose of it instead of taking the spoon back downstairs, put it in the sink, rinse it off, and then throw it into the dishwasher. Really these little sticks are good for other things too, but that’s another story. I highly recommend them. Plus it impresses your friends too.

I'm guessing I lost my marbles since I thought I specifically ordered the birch stirrers. What I received was bamboo - and no mention of them being food grade or non-toxic on the box. They appear to be good quality, with very few broken ones and they are very smooth, with no rough edges or splinters. I like them but I would have preferred birch and free of chemicals - which I thought I selected.

Key Features: – 5.5" of sturdy, splinter-free elegance – Food safe and round-edged (because no one wants a lip splinter before coffee) – Surprisingly versatile: from stirring espresso to constructing stick-figure armies Personal Experience: I got these for coffee, but they quickly became the MacGyver tools of my kitchen. Need to mix creamer? Done. Stir a cocktail? Cheers. Craft a mini log cabin with your kids? Heck yeah — these babies can handle hot glue and glitter. Pros & Cons: Loved: – Zero splinters. ZERO. I’ve had fewer smooth experiences using actual silverware. – Round tips feel fancy. Like, “I sip tea with my pinky out” kind of fancy. – Excellent for popsicles… which I only learned after eating four in one sitting. For science. Meh: – You’ll find these everywhere. We use this wood stirs for coffee and it works great. Didn’t noticed that this are smaller than the ones I had bought before but it works well. They are thick and won’t bend or brake easily. Good quality wood and the round edges are my favorite. Great value for the money. I recommend this product.

I like these stirrers, they aren't as wide as the usual tongue depressers. But I can see many uses. I was going to try them for several ideas I had when I saw the width. Could make a silicone design of them, looking like a parquet floor. But it will need to happen after a time. I have a project for the wider stirrers right now.
