    • Cracked base has now broken
Decided to buy this chair in February for the price with idea it would be a durable and lasting chair. Was completely wrong at that as after about 8 weeks I noticed the base was cracked because of the way it was designed. The rod that connects the chair to the base is only slightly flared to keep from going through the base, after constant weight being applied that part has slowly pushed the base apart. I contacted them at the end of March to see about a replacement or a refund and basically got told that I was out of luck. Would HIGHLY recommend looking for popular names for a chair if you want something lasting and durable. ... show more

This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. The quality is horrible. The cushion for the butt was worn out after 2 weeks and the arm broke before having it for a month. The pleather peels and is no where near worth the 100+ dollars I spent on this piece of junk. The bolts snapped the foot rest bent and broke before having it a month. I placed the order March 18 got it April 1st. The gaming chair is comfortable and perfect. Once I assembled it, there was two M8x 25mm screws missing. So I sent an email to MoNiBloom and they said " I will have to reach out to amazon because it was fulfilled by them.Amazon won't send missing parts so the only option from amazon was a full refund or send it back (after I assembled it) so amazon could send me a new chair. What another 17 days wait! Today was two screws tomorrow could be a wheel or even the seat of the gaming chair. Still can't believe it. This won't happen again! ... show more

I paid more for this chair because I wanted a chair that would last. It has been one issue after another since it arrived. Chair is already unstable - it is rocking like my 5 year old chair that I replaced. The arms have to constantly tightened and the seat has already started to become very uncomfortable.
