GRACIOUS! If you want a pillow that doesn’t loose its shape, this is it! It is firm for sure due to the type of filling inside. It is a memory foam but it says cool (no exacting here) ALL night long. The support is great but you need to like a firmer pillow. Great from side and back sleepers. The price for the 2 pack was amazing imo especially with how long they last! I’ve had them very several months of nightly use and they honestly still look brand new! Of course they have a light Oder when they arrive but I opened the box when they came in that afternoon and the slight smell was gone before bedtime! Top notch pillows! Don’t hesitate!

I really like this pillow - it is very comfortable and soft. I don’t always notice the lavender smell or cooling effect but it wasn’t bought for those reasons. I like how it holds shape and size and it supports my neck comfortably. I am a side / stomach sleeper and this pillow conforms nicely to whichever position I’m in. Only gave it 4 stars because it comes out of my pillowcase every night but oh well - it’s a very comfortable pillow.

Every time I lay my head down I’m instantly comfortable. I was looking for a pillow that wasn’t crazy expensive but also good quality and I think I’ve found it. I’ve had this pillow for about three months now and I will say that it has gone down slightly in size from daily use but not drastically. It has morphed to my head and the way I usually lay on it. I know it says it’s not recommended for stomach sleepers but I am occasionally one and I’d have to say it’s very comfortable. It supports my neck from every position and I haven’t had any pains since buying it. It is however very heavy so if you prefer a light pillow I’d suggest steering away from this one. I literally dropped it when I pulled it out of the box. I only noticed a smell from the plastic but nothing that lingered to the actual pillow.

Pillow(s) came vacuum sealed & once the seal was broken, she plumped up nicely. Once the pillow(s) had settled, they were extremely rotund & firm. Not to body shame these pillows, but they were too full & firm for the liking of anyone in my household. However, this is not the end of the pillows' story as they are adjustable. We removed approx. 1/3 of their innards to suit our liking & we rather than waste good stuffing. Alas, I soon learned that this was not the last of my pillow woes. When I tried to rest my weary head on one the first night I found that I unfortunately would not be able to sleep with her on that first date as she held an overpowering smell that made me nauseous. My husband said it smelled like lavender & after a few intentional sniffs, I agreed; though not fresh natural lavender but stale factory produced lavender. After a couple of weeks of airing out, I decided to bring her back to bed for Round 2. During Round 2 we were able to successfully complete an overnighter. I can't say it was the best night of sleep but it definitely was not the worst. I have a memory foam mattress & absolutely love it & so I thought that would be the case with a foam pillow but I'm not completely sold. I am a creature of habit & have used nothing but traditionally filled pillows for my entire life- 4 decades & it's only been a couple of weeks so it's possible with more time I would become a convert. Though, I don't care enough to ride it out any longer & I've given up & passed my pillow on to my husband. My husband happily welcomed my pillow into his harem of pillows. He's a man that's easily pleased and he has zero complaints. Sleeps likes a baby with these pillows. The one thing I did love about these pillows is the cooling pillowcase. I didn't think a pillowcase could be cool but they were the chillest pillows I've ever felt.

If you want a normal-shaped pillow that will fit in a case, machine washable, and all the benefits of an ergonomic specialty pillow, look no further! Within a half hour of opening from vacuum seal, these babies were plump and ready for business. I slept in one position the entire night. It feels soft and comfy, sinks like memory foam but with some bounce to it. Thick enough to hold my neck in optimal position without having to search for the right angle or indentation. I didn't have to sleep on my hands to give myself some firmness. When I woke up, my usual back and neck pain were so much less. After just one night! I highly recommend. Affordable, comfy, effective, and practical!

These pillows arrived vacuum‑packed and fluffed up right away. I gave the zippered covers a quick wash, and they came out soft, clean, and ready to use — and of course, you’ll want to put your own pillowcases over the zippered encasement to help preserve the protective cover they come with. After arranging them just the way I like, I laid my head on one and hugged the other — it was truly love at first lay. They stay perfectly firm and comfortable night after night.
